Proton Sheets - Add support for Swiss francs CHF to currency formatting

The addition of Swiss francs CHF as a currency formatting option would be very useful. It is a surprise it's not already an option given Proton is based in Switzerland!

    To display Swiss francs correctly in Proton Sheets, set the spreadsheet locale to Switzerland or use the custom currency-format option and select CHF. This keeps amounts consistent across calculations and reports, and more related content is available at https://betlabel.com.es/.

    This is already implemented. Go to File - Settings, then set the Locale to Switzerland. This switches the currency button on the icon bar to CHF.
