Unionize Proton's workforce
I've seen the articles and I'm appalled at the idea of such disregard for the employees. I pay for proton premium family and I hold the product in high regard. The workers need to unite, demand fair treatment and a sane AI usage policy.

I'm a 5+ year customer of proton services. I side with the staff. Proton's executive leadership are becoming deranged. I think AI Psychosis is the only development they've been occupying themselves with for awhile now. They need to step down and let the real developers continue developing products infused with integrity, ethics, and meaningful benefits to the users. The staff needs to Unionize and collectively protect the good work they do at Proton. The executives are betraying them and the users.

Yes, now is the perfect time to found strong works councils. If the Proton employees fail to do that, don't blame Andy Yen.
Unionizing is not necessary for that, but if the Proton management does not support the implementation of works councils at all their sites or if they intimidate employees who work on founding works councils, unions (listed in https://molecule.build/) might help.
