Full features for Authenticator on Linux (like export)
AFAICT Authenticator on Linux can only export code in json format. So, for example, there's no way to transfer from Proton to Google auth. It would be nice if the Linux version was fully functional.

Please add some usable icons that look like the default vaults
There are defined vaults, but there aren't icons that even come close to matching them. Like maybe a bank, credit card, passport, etc... These icons are awful. Can we import our own or something?

Limited vault administrator
Please create a separate user role which is able to manage all vaults like an vault-owner or vault-admin, can see all items in a vault, but is not able to reveal, copy or use any hidden field like the password filed.
Would be very helpful in larger organizations where the central IT creates and manages all vaults, but should not be able to see all passwords from all users.2 votes -
Suspending User Access
I would like to have the ability to suspend a user (in Proton Business).
Currently, an admin is only able to revoke all sessions or completely delete a user, but there are situations where we'd like the ability to (temporarily) suspend a user.

Allow changed cert fingerprint for Proton pass
If the fingerprint for proton.me (cert chain) been changed. Eg many companies unpack and repack the tls packages and self sign the packages before sending it to the client.
It is great that Proton pass notice this, really awesome, maybe the only password manager that check this?
However instead of just hang the win-app, perhaps ask the user if this is OK and allow it. I mean there is a valid root cert in the store that is approved by me.2 votes -
disable alias from proton mail
I thought I had hallucinated and was persuaded I could disable or deactivate email alias from Proton Mail.
But since alias created with Proton Pass will mostly go to the same account Proton Mail, why is there options to disable/deactivate aliases directly within the inbox?

a way to import saved login/password info from Meta Quest
As Meta is supporting ProtonPass on the Quest, and even accomodated the extension for their web browser, I wonder if we can work out a way to extract the saved logins/passwords from the Quest browser?

minimize side bars & allow split screen
I want the ability to minimize vaults and the item list so I can focus on the chosen item. I also want to be able to use it split screen on my Microspy 11 laptop. As of now, it takes up 2/3rds of the screen when I use split screen. Thanks for all your work on Proton products! Have a wonderful day!

Add Website control to tab sequence
Add Websites to tab sequence. Presently when tabbing through an open entry, tab skips over the Websites control. The only way to interact with the website control is through a mouse click. We should be able to tab to this control and press Enter just as we do with Email, Username, and Password.
See also keyboard shortcuts for every control on an entry. That is vital as well. But unless/until/and-even-after that is taken care of, having Websites in the tab sequence is important.

Manual data breach checks
Since paid subscription adds an automatic monitor to check if logins have been compromised in data breaches, would be nice to have a manual button for free users to do that.
I think it doesnt devaluate the paid feature, since automatic monitoring is still overpowered and nice for a paid plan, but still allow free users to fast and manually (due to free plan) check if pass or email was compromised.
I also think it is not a too demanding feature since there is a system to check data, just a manual button next to login register for free users…

Targeted auto-fill of individual entries via the browser extension
When opening the ProtonPass browser extension, an explicit button such as “Fill” for each entry would be desirable. This would allow exactly this data record to be used for the currently open website. This would prevent incorrect entries and increase control, especially when multiple logins are stored for the same domain.

Advanced quick access features
The browser add-on needs a significantly more intelligent search function with fuzzy matching, keyboard shortcuts, and a quick preview that displays relevant information without opening the entry completely. The competition already offers features such as “instant login” or “one-click login” – Proton Pass should surpass this with a system that presents not only logins, but also associated 2FA codes, security questions, and even temporary notes in a unified overlay.

Context-based suggestions and AI assistance
While competitors such as Dashlane have already integrated AI features, Proton Pass lacks an intelligent assistance function. Proton could score points here with privacy-first AI: A local AI assistant that never sends data to external servers could identify weak passwords, detect duplicates, and provide context-based security recommendations. The AI could also recognize login patterns and suggest which accounts may have been inactive for a long time and should be deleted. A feature that automatically recognizes whether a website is trustworthy or potentially dubious when creating new accounts would be particularly valuable.

See the previous passwords that were saved
I was making a new password for one of my accounts and for that account i used the randomly generated proton pass password and when i wanted to change the password to that account i put another randomly generated password and then updated the login to be that password but sadly the website asked for the previous password and so i no longer have acess to that account since that previous password was overwritten

Unsubscribe button for alias emails on mobile
The unsubscribe button already works in the iOS and Android apps, but only for Proton domain addresses. When an email is sent to a SimpleLogin / Proton Pass alias, the unsubscribe option shows up on the web app but not in the mobile apps.
Since a lot of us rely heavily on aliases, it would be great to have the same unsubscribe experience on mobile that already exists on the web.
This would make it easier to clean up mailing lists on the go, improve consistency across platforms, and let users unsubscribe in a more privacy-friendly way without clicking external…

Case-sensitiveness/universal letter assignments with searching on Proton Pass
Some keyboard languages like mine have more letters than English-QWERTY such as “I”,“ı”, “İ”, “i”, “Ö”, “ö”, “Ü”, “ü”. Some have even more. Therefore finding an item takes too much time especially for those letters when the search requires case-sensitive and local letter input.
3 examples for the beloved community:
(Searching for “İş Bankası” item)
“iş bankası” → not found
“ış bankası” → not found
“İs bankasi” → not found
“İş bankası” → found(Searching for “König”)
“konig” → not found
“könig” → found(Seaching for “F.C. København”)
“kobenhavn” → not found
“københavn” → foundI suggest;
- NOT to trigger…
