Additional vault item types
Since I'm honestly too lazy to create multiple ideas I'll just post them as one, sonce they all are just different types or options of item types which should definitely be usable in proton pass, apart from log-ins, notes and the three other options:
1. Item types:
• Bank account
○ Bank name
○ IBAN
○ BIC
○ PIN
• Passkeys
• Identity incl.
○ Name
○ Surname
○ Middle name
○ Initial
○ Short name
○ Instagram name
○ Gender
○ Title
○ Birth date
○ Birth place
○ State
○ Company
○ Phone
○ Mobile phone
○ Address
○ Job title
• E-Mail addresses incl. application passwords
• Companies
• Wifi/Router data
• ID Card
• File upload (e.g. for tax certificates)
• Tax Number
• Tax ID
• Driver licence
2. Options for every Login item:
• Groups (should also be pickable/generatable directly when saving a new login)
• Tags (should also be pickable/generatable directly when saving a new login)
• Subdomain on/off switch (should also be pickable/generatable directly when saving a new login)
• Multiple log ins (Usernames and E-Mail) (should also be pickable/generatable directly when saving a new login)
3. Options under every item type:
• Custom fields with individually pickable custom names (Example: Field name: testfield, Value: test)
○ Text
○ URL
○ Date
○ Address
○ One Time Password
○ 2FA Backup
○ PIN
○ Application Password
Custom sections to divide the custom fields

I would love to have more item types, wifi networks, lock combinations, memberships, software licences, etc
Or the ability to create item types and associated item templates.

Credit card details are missing a "Type" field so you can tell if it's a Visa, MasterCard, America Express or other..

Single-sign on (SSO) logins saving are not available. That is the killer feature of 1Password when they implemented it, quality of life improvement is amazing.
I mostly do signups via SSO when it is available (it's much easier), and not being able to save those in a password manager is just problematic . On the subsequent visit to a website (where I do have account via SSO) I am not really sure whether I don't have credentials or I have to guess whether I signed up via Google, or Discord, or Github etc. In order to know, I would have to create a login note somewhere: "on this website I used sign in with Github" which is really cumbersome.Side effect: when I ported my passwords from 1P to PP, my social sign ins were kind of ported but not really, they are just login items without knowledge which Social platform they are connected to, which is understandable because PP hasn't accounted for those social logins that exist on 1P.
This is the only thing that is preventing me from leaving 1P and moving to proton ecosystem fully, and I hope this feature is added as a high priority!

It would be nice with the possibility to save personal information as well as passwords and credit cards.
For example - full name, address, phone number etc.
It's useful when ordering from a website or app that doesn't already have this information stored.

I'd like a simple feature to store all my Mac app licence numbers.

The "notes" feature is currently a single text field. This isn't very useful without custom fields which you can selectively copy/paste unless you're aiming to replace desktop notes.
Bitwarden offers a similar "note" type which is essentially a generic type which you can use for anything but it has custom fields. Want to create a record for your vehicles which contains license plate, VIN, and other data you might need on the fly? Supported. With this simple feature Bitwarden was able to support all of the specific record types offered by other password managers.

I've just started using Proton Pass. It's a great addition to the Proton family of products. However it doesn't seem to enable the storage of credit card info and the automatic filling out of payment forms, as do other managers like 1Pass or LastPassword. Is that a feature that will be added in the near future? Otherwise, I can't see myself switching from 1Pass to Proton Pass. Thx!
