Yes, this is very frustrating. I’m trying to upload an image to lumo and I only get file not supported error even if I upload in suggested file formats like jpg and png.
Even if I put the image on proton drive or Dropbox it still refuses to download the image. I have saved the image in the right formats. Even did an export from photoshop to be sure it was exported in the right way. Still not supported.
This must be such a basic thing that should just work.

In these days with tariffs and ideas about blocking US cloud services in EU I would like to move over from US services like Dropbox to Proton Drive fully. To be able to do that I need the features to be able to share files and folders directly from my Mac OS Finder context menus and not having to do it in a browser logged in to proton.

I share a lot of files and folders in with members on my team so I always can have the latest version accessible and also to be able to share large documents with an attached link in a mail instead of a huge file.

So…. Please add proton drive sharing possibilities to the Mac OS Finder context menus so we easily can share files or folders with other people. I think this would make professionals migrate faster to proton.

Also the password rules are different on different sites. One site might just allow 16 characters and another more.
The ability to select the number of characters in a password with something like a slider where you can size the password from 8 to 128 characters would be great.
Also the ability to choose to include or not special characters like symbols and numbers since the requirements differ from site to site.

Memorable words. Ability to generate a password from memorable words. Like duck-Proton-aluminum-BOTTLE. Also they’re being able to choose the number of words.

Just wanted to emphasis about being able to have a local vault in the phone/computer to be able to access passwords offline.

The vault should be super heavily encrypted in the local unit and as soon as internet is available synced with your servers. This local vault might be an option and not default so people can store it locally if needed but keep it safe with you on your servers.
I just know when traveling the world I often end up without internet and still need something stored in the password manager like a note, card number, membership and other things I like to keeps in a safe place.

One could select parts that would be stored in the local vault. Like if I want my notes, Membership info to be available offline I could choose that in the app settings. The rest would be safely stored online safe on proton servers.
