Search in All Vaults automatically when nothing is found in the currently selected vault
When I search for a password, only the currently selected vault will be searched. Obviously, this is expected behavior.
However, when nothing is found in that vault, it would be nice to search in all vaults automatically, removing the need to manually select all vaults and search again.

Navigation and overview of the vaults needs a review, it lacks clarity and efficiency.
I have made countless failed search queries only to realise I am on the wrong level.
It then takes 2x clicks + re-entering the search - that is a lot of fumbling around
for users to get to a result.Everything should be 1-step away, always. Two at most.
Good UX design can make it so - this is not a complex app -
