Add SSO to Business Suite subscription
Proton Pass has SSO in Pass Professional subscription allowing organisation's users to sign in with their credentials in the organisation instead of separate credentials for Proton Pass. This is awesome feature, but I don't get why it is not enabled for Proton Business Suite. It is more evident Business Suite subscribers are actually organisation that have multiple users and their own IdP to allow standard authentication protocols for organisation's users.

add a "group" field to ProtonPass
I have 320(!) entries. If I can organize them into groups then it is easier to find them in the User Interface.

A method for passwordless authentication
In modern days, remembering complex passwords even a single complex password for the vault is not so desired.
Possession factor (eg. physical key, file, etc) can't be used for master vault coz losing it is disaster about failure to access everything.
Inherence factor can't be used for master vault too coz those can be copied, or used while unconcious (eg. fingerprint while sleeping).
The only possible factor for master vault is memories, as said above: remembering complex long password is not comfortable. I guess this way below is more comfortable:

Improve login autofill recognition in the Brave browser on android and in the Brave browser addon for Brave on Linux and windows.
I experience a lack of autofill detection on every second to third site that i enter, which was almost never an issue with googles password manager. My experience is persistantly bad in the Brave browser on android, Linux and Windows. Often Proton Pass will ask if I want to save the login information that I just copied from Proton Pass, making it seem like an unnecessary bug that autofill didn't recognize the login fields in the first place.
It seems that keyboard user choose affects this on Android. A list of supported open source and privacy optimized keyboards, preferably with…

Make the generic csv import tool mappable to columns
The generic csv importing tool cannot be configured to read select columns into the proper field. As an example going from Ironvest the name Label column nor the domain name is not read into the proper name identifiers in Proton Pass which makes the import unusable.

Manual transfer from unsupported app into Proton Authenticator
Please create a choice "Unsupported app" among import choices in Proton Authenticator, which opens appropriate FAQ section at Proton Authenticator support page in your web, where could be described, how manually copy these fields to transfer entries manually. This will save lot of time and hassle, as many programs require lot of unnecessary provements, configuration - bureaucracy to get 2FA work again. E.g. I could manually copy from FreeOTP+ into Proton Authenticator without reconfiguring 2FA. Unfortunately I discovered it too late and already destroyed some app 2FA and e.g. Facebook did not allow add 2FA back from device rarely used, e.g.…

pass-cli possibility to exclude/deselect vaults from specific clients
I want to use the CLI on my headless server to manage certain API keys. I don't want all of my vaults be accessible and exposed there, so I would like to exclude all other vaults. This is currently not possible. I thought of another way: sharing my vault and creating a separate proton account that is running on the server. This is however not an option, since I would have to pay for this second account as well, since proton does not offer CLI to free users.
Please make it possible in the CLI to only access certain vaults…

Proactive security suggestions
Instead of just warning users when passwords are weak, Proton Pass should take proactive action. A feature that automatically generates strong passwords for all accounts and suggests a step-by-step migration plan to the user—such as “This week: Update your 5 most important social media accounts”—would systematically improve security. Gamification elements such as a security score or achievements for good practices could provide additional motivation without being intrusive.

Native Android optimizations
The Android app should fully support Material You Design and integrate seamlessly with Samsung One UI. Quick Settings tiles for frequently used functions, widget support for the home screen with secure but quickly accessible information, and integration with the Android share function to securely share passwords between apps would make the app much more practical. Better integration with the Android Autofill service with more granular permissions and a visual preview before data is filled in would be particularly important.

Expanded Vault Organization
While ProtonPass supports vaults, folders, and subfolders, it lacks intelligent organizational features. Automatic tagging based on categories like "Finance," "Social Media," "Work," or "Shopping" would be helpful. Smart collections that dynamically update based on criteria—such as "All logins not used in the last 30 days" or "All accounts with weak passwords"—would also be extremely useful. A timeline view showing when each login was created, modified, or last used would significantly improve organization.

Credit card Displays the corresponding issuing organization icon
By using the card number, you can display the corresponding card issuer, such as MasterCard, VISA, UnionPay, JCB, etc. icons to quickly locate the card type. Instead of implementing the current default icon. It would be better if you can customize the icon.

iOS - allow copy of fields during autofill
When creating an account on certain websites and apps, the "confirm password" field does not get auto-filled. It would be useful to be able to select/copy certain fields within the password record whilst in the autofill window.

Native Windows‑wide Autofill integration for Proton services
Proton’s autofill currently works only in the web and mobile apps, which leaves Windows users having to copy-paste or manually type sensitive data into desktop programs. This not only wastes time but also increases the risk of typos and accidental exposure. Competitors such as Bitwarden and 1Password already provide native Windows autofill extensions, leaving Proton at a usability disadvantage on the desktop.
To address this, we propose a lightweight, system-wide autofill extension for Windows — a secure background plugin that uses the Windows clipboard and input APIs to detect form fields and fill them automatically. All data would remain encrypted…

Distinguish "Vulnerable" passwords from "Weak" passwords in Pass Monitor
Currently the Pass Monitor lists all logins with passwords considered "Vulnerable" and "Weak" together in a long list with no apparent order. Combined with the observation that Proton Pass is fairly aggressive and inconsistent with what is considered "weak", the user will find it very difficult to prioritize for the most vulnerable passwords first.
Login entries with "Vulnerable" passwords should be focused and prioritized, grouped together at the top under a clearly marked "Vulnerable" category, and the others grouped below under a "Weak" category.

Treat Copied Passwords as Recently Used
Current behavior:
When I use a password for automatic login, the corresponding item is moved to the top of the list under "Recently Used."However, when I copy a password manually (e.g., for desktop app logins or encrypted files/drives), the item is not moved to "Recently Used."
Suggestion:
I would like the "Recently Used" functionality to also apply when a password is copied to the clipboard, so that the item is moved to the top in these cases as well.8 votes
