Allow me to purchase just Pass Plus and Mail Plus instead of having to purchase Unlimited
I purchased Pass Plus at a reduced price ($17.88 for the first year), and now I want to upgrade to Mail Plus ($47.88 per year) from the free email. Unfortunately, the system won't allow that! It's trying to force me to upgrade to Unlimited for $119.88 (minus a prorated refund for Pass Plus)!
Not only can I not afford to spend over $100 for this, but I only need the upgraded Mail app! Apparently, though, Proton is trying to make me pay an additional $55 for upgrades I don't want!
I'm very disappointed in this, and I may have to…

Right-click context menu within Proton Pass application
A QoL feature that would be especially useful when importing and organising, it'd be nice to be able to right-click on an item and have relevant actions pop up rather than necessitating clicking on the hamburger/stack button every time.

Notes + folder + mooving
I went from Google Notes to Proton Notes, thank you for the possibility to have notes in Proton ! lot of people need this
I suggest a possibility to move text bloc easyly in a note with sliding the paragraphs like in google notes
and a way to simply pin notes , they all goes up, in order : the most important to the less important, in vertical presentation.
do we need a "edit button" ? I don't think so, i just wanna touch the note and i can enter and edit it directly like in G-notes
can we have…

Improving Support for Manually Importing from Unsupported Password Managers
I really wanted to buy Proton Unlimited for 1 year but had to first test a few things.
And unfortunately ProtonPass doesn't support importing 2FA codes, Notes, Wi-Fi passwords and custom fields from HeyLogin password manager.
Currently my only option is to manually rewrite HeyLogin's exported CSV file to ProtonPass format.
And rearranging almost 700 items just to use ProtonPass is just not going to happen.
If the only thing I needed to do was changing the words of the headers inside the CSV file (1st line of the file) from HeyLogin's to ProtonPass's format without moving them around, that…

Import iPassword (Password Manager-) .backup file
I want to import a backup of my iPassword database. I don't see an option for this file type. iPassword is an app from the iOS iTunes store.

Vault Selection
It'd be great to be able to quickly toggle on off certain vaults.
Ideally, this would be accessible in one click. For some sites, like Microsoft, I have over 8 different accounts across vaults, a toggle would allow me to hide the rarely used accounts quickly and easily.

Isolated Vaults
Like mail second password, I think we should have the option to set a second password for each vault, preferably that second password should be used for the encryption of the vault.
Vaults SHOULD be isolated, current implementation feels more like folders. I do not get why my browser extension is fetching hundreds of records and decrypting all of them when most of them are like medical records..

Feature enhancements for Proton Pass (custom fields, cloning, PIN, icons, phone numbers, identity photos)
I’d like to propose several usability improvements for Proton Pass, especially for the voice‑enabled workflow.
1️⃣ Custom Field Rearrangement – Drag‑and‑drop ordering of custom fields across login items, identities, and other item types. Improves visual hierarchy and speeds up data entry.
2️⃣ Clone Login Items – Add a “Duplicate” action for login entries. Reduces repetitive setup when creating similar accounts.
3️⃣ PIN Field for Logins – Dedicated “PIN” field next to username/password. Supports services that require a numeric PIN instead of a password.
4️⃣ Web Icons Consistency – Ensure every login item displays its site’s favicon reliably. Helps users locate credentials…

Native-feeling Mac app
There is a currently a Mac app but it is really unpleasant to use — it feels like a port of an app from another platform.
- Does not provide native macOS autofill, instead requires a browser extension
- No tabs or windows
- No keyboard shortcuts, you have to rely on the mouse for everything, not even ⌘, for preferences
- No “rubber band” scrolling which is a basic macOS feature that literally every app has
- With an item selected, up and down arrows scroll a bit instead of moving the selection
- Cannot right click an entry to act on it (delete, move, duplicate,…

Add Bitdefencer SecurePass JSON format
I want to migrate from Bitdefender SecurePass password manager to Proton Pass.
It can export data within JSON and csv formats, but it is by default not recognized by Proton Pass.2 votes -
password sharing through link optionally locking with an extra password
When you share a password with a user who does not have proton pass you need to generate a link.
People with this link can always view the password when they open it. (You can put a time limit and a view limit it already)
My suggestion is that you can optionally put an extra password on this link. That way the receiver needs a password to unlock and view the shared password(s).
If you by accident send the link to the wrong person they are still unable to see the login credentials because of this.
It's a feature Bitwarden…2 votes -
Allow applying multiple filters
When filtering vault items, currently we can only select All or one specific filter (e.g., logins, aliases, etc), however, for some use-cases, it would be good to have the flexibility to select more than one filter to improve the search feature. This would add some extra quality of life to the app. Thanks.

Report broken websites through the extension or app
There are various instances wherein the extension does not, or incorrectly detects various fields.
Currently the only way of reporting these instances is through mailing support directly, but this is a hassle and I assume not easy to process on Proton's side either.
Having an easy way to report websites would be very welcome.
It would probably need to be specified which fields are not detected, or detected incorrectly.6 votes -
Ability to link entries in Proton Pass
It should be possible to link an entry to another one, e.g. the entry of a credit card with the entry of the corresponding bank account or the entry of an email account with the main account of the provider.

Passkeys as a filter in Proton Pass
Proton Pass is missing the feature to filter Passkeys in the same way you can filter on (Logins, Aliases, Cards, Notes, Identitied, Custom Items)

Been able to disable the "2FA not activated" warning/alert for some login without turning off Proton Sentinel / Dark Web Monitoring.
For example, I would like to disable the "2FA not activated" warning/alert for my Wikipedia account (among some others), because 2FA is only available for editors, not users; without excluding it from the Proton Sentinel / Dark Web Monitoring. So, in case of a breach, leak or hacking, I still get an alert to change my password of said account. Another example is Deviantart which 2FA is paywalled. Another example is Twitch, which 2FA is only by phone or exclusive for Authy.

Better handling of password fields with a maxlength attribute in the browser extension
Obviously having a password field with a relevantly small maxlength is already a strange choice, but some websites do this on their account registration forms, their password reset or recovery forms, and their login forms.
I'm not sure what the best handling of maxlength is for a password manager, but at a minimum drawing the user's attention to it and highlighting when we have saved or autofilled a password that does not fit in that maxlength would be good.
It creates a small security problem too, for users that use memorable (low entropy per character) passwords, they might prefer a…
