Dedicated 2FA screen
Add a 2FA menu or filter that will only display codes in a list with websites or logins for which the user added 2FA tokens. Similar to how other authenticator apps show a list and live code expiry countdown. This could be either a separate button in the menu or as mentioned, a simple filter.

Im surprised this doesnt have way more votes. 2FA is great when you're on your own desktop with the Proton Pass extension - but the point of 2FA a lot of the time is signing in from unknown locations. Its clunky at best to retrieve 2FA codes from your phone.
Needs its own tab for 2FA.

I currently pay the Roboform password manager, but would very much like to switch to Proton Pass. I am prevented from doing so, however, by the lack of a Proton Pass MF2A Authenticator. Institute a Proton Pass MF2A Authenticator and Proton will have a new paying customer.

I would love to replace google authenticator with such a solution too :) .
A few extras:
- hide the TOTP passwords by default (hiden until clicking on it / selecting)

In iOS 18’s new Passwords app, there’s a 2FA view. Would be so nice to have this in Proton Pass. As a tab. A filter will just make it take more steps to get to 2FA codes. Having a tab at the bottom showing all the verification codes is the best way to go.

I'd suggest a tab in the mobile app for this, like you suggest - alphabetical or last added sorted, with pinned up top.
But a filter on the main screen would be good, so we can filter additional things too like email/username with 2FA.
I'd suggest for things like the browser app, an icon or other visual indicator for 2FA would also make sense.

The best way is implement it as another filter feature, like we can show login, aliases, cards etc...
P.s. also the filter button should be on the top left of the list where it shows the list filter name. The same way the sort button is on the top right of the list.
