Pass monitor improvements - associated domains, resolve individually
A couple minor pass monitor improvements requested:
Would be helpful to have affected breaches document associated domains. For some of the organizations that are documented, it unclear which sites/domains they are truly associated with. Makes it difficult to take action.
When highlighting breaches detected, they are associated with an email address, they can only be resolved for the email address, rather than the related possible breaches per email. This is problematic when there are multiple possible breaches associated with an email address. Should allow resolution of a particular breach, rather than just the email.

Alias Email Contacts Edits (deletion) and Search Function
Along with the post "Faster alias contacts w search and multiple select," the ability to delete multiple unneeded contact addresses is needed. I had hundreds to sort through and to delete manually. I took me over two hours to clean it up. Also, because it took me so long to sort through hundreds of contacts, i couldn't find a previous created contact. The system does not tell you it already exists, it just goes back to the main contacts list...then having to sort through hundreds to find the one you created & need is like finding a needle in a…

Have a clear & accessible button OR keyboard shortcut to lock Proton Pass (desktop and browser extension)
It can be helpful to have a clearly-identifiable lock button for both the browser extensions and desktop apps. I use Firefox on my MacBook and I work at environments where I have to physically move away from my laptop ever so often, and have to move around a quite a lot. It'd be less fatiguing and (importantly) more secure if I could quickly lock my the desktop app and/or extension before moving away from my laptop. Just a little QoL feature that would be fantastic :-)

Lock button in the extension
Please make manual locking (read: the moment when it is needed) possible also in the extension as in the webversion. In the extension, you have to click now several times before you can log out. I would appreciate it very much if there is a directly visible lock button (e.g. at the header of the extension, besides the donut).

Expand the notes field in Proton Pass (MacOS)
In Edit mode, the notes field only displays 5 lines, which makes reading and scrolling through longer notes very difficult. I suggest to expand that field to at least 20 lines (or make it user-resizeable). In View mode, the notes field is more usable (with 12 lines displayed), but in view mode one cannot scroll. Consider letting the user scroll through the note in view mode. Of the two suggestion, the first is more important than the second.

Richer “account details” fields (username, backup email, linked services, etc)
The core feature is nice, but somewhat limiting. it would be good to add optional, encrypted “extra‑details” fields to each entry (secondary/recovery email, extra passwords, numeric IDs, and linked‑service references) so we can store the full set of credentials a site may require without resorting to separate notes.
Numeric IDs are usually asked when I'm trying to get support for a game account, and the linked-service references is just a nice touch that I really hope to get implemented. For example, in Discord, you can link you Steam and Epic Games. It's be nice if we could have that as…

Passkey Management Enhancement with search ability
When managing or confirming passkeys for a large number of accounts, there's currently no way to search or filter specific entries. This makes it difficult to navigate and manage accounts efficiently, especially for users with extensive credentials saved.

Add QR code as an additional field
Add QR code as an optional additional field to Proton Pass. This would allow event tickets to be easily stored and used on entry to gigs. New field could either import/scan an existing QR code or be input by typing it's text representation.

Treat Copied Passwords as Recently Used
Current behavior:
When I use a password for automatic login, the corresponding item is moved to the top of the list under "Recently Used."However, when I copy a password manually (e.g., for desktop app logins or encrypted files/drives), the item is not moved to "Recently Used."
Suggestion:
I would like the "Recently Used" functionality to also apply when a password is copied to the clipboard, so that the item is moved to the top in these cases as well.4 votes -
Copying a field should bump that entry to the top of the recent view
Right now, when I sort the entries in the vault by "recent," an entry is only bumped to the top of the list when it was recently autofilled, but sometimes the autofill doesn't work or I choose to copy & paste for whatever other reason, and I would like those to be counted as interactions that would push an entry to the top of the "recent" list.

Suggestion to improve security of our passwords
Add a two step verification to unlock the extension. Because having a six digit PIN code to unlock every secure password i have is not a good idea. Add a two step verification or a tougher way to unlock the vault. Because if my PIN is compromised, so does my entire passwords.

Allowing labaling website URLs
When a login stores multiple URLs, it’s hard to remember what each one is for. Please allow optional, per-URL labels within the login. For example: “Google,” “Microsoft,” or “Dashboard,” so I can choose the right destination from the login item. This would improve clarity in login information.

Currently all custom domain Hide-my-email-Aliasses have to be added separately to the dark web monitoring.

Show full secret name in some way
Problem
If the name of a secret get's too long, it will be shortened within the Proton Pass browser popup by "...". If such a secret is selected, it get's even worse, as the secret name will displayed even shorter than on the list of secrets.So if you have multiple similar secrets, you have no chance to differentiate them, as the difference within the name is not visible. Especially if there are only secrets without a username stored.
(Unfortunately I can't add a screenshot here)

ProtonPAss offers saving 2FA/MFA Authenticator keys on my Android phone, which is pointless. Can you add some detection logic to skip offering password/key saving inside Authenticator app?2 votes -
Enträge alphabetisch ordnen!!!
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man die Einträge alphabetisch ordnen könnte, und notwendig, um Einträge schnell zu finden. Die Suche ist nervig. Google PM ist zumindest in dieser Hinsicht benutzerfreundlicher. Ich habe ein Proton-Abo für ein Jahr abgeschlossen, bekomme aber überhaupt nicht das, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. ProtonPass ist nicht benutzerfreundlich (s.o.). Den Proton-Authenticator kann ich nicht nutzen, weil Google keinen Export seiner Einträge zulässt. Und das war mein Hauptgrund für die Entscheidung füt Proton. Fazit: Das Proton-Abo ist für mich eine totale Pleite!!!. Wie kann ich das Abo rückgängig machen? Einspruch oder Widerspruch einlegen? Make PIN login work even without numlock
On Windows login and some other places entering the pincode using numpad will work even if numlock is off (it converts it to number input). Please add this also to the proton pass PIN logins.

Vault Selection
It'd be great to be able to quickly toggle on off certain vaults.
Ideally, this would be accessible in one click. For some sites, like Microsoft, I have over 8 different accounts across vaults, a toggle would allow me to hide the rarely used accounts quickly and easily.
