  1. login rather than email

    I probably missing something obvious so sorry in advance but when I create a login I can only enter an email address and not an actual login

    I had many login like proxmox where I have a username, I can see it from my PortonPass so it's must be available (unless imported from 1Password) but I can't see that anymore? or perhaps just a bug?

  2. Employ Luhn Algorithm to check credit card validity

    When entering credit card numbers, the luhn algorithm can be used at app level to check that the credit card number your entering is actually valid without compromising privacy.

    This will avoid accidentally saving invalid card details!

  3. Lables

    Hi, Please correct if I'm wrong I would really appreciate a function to apply lables to logins. This could help to group logins and other stored information to certain groups. Ie family / login for different users (kids) for ie Apple account. I have several employers where I have multiple logins for different IT application. I would find it handy to group those logins according to this.

  4. Enable for multiple account login / select between accounts for Proton Pass (Windows)

    Hello, I would like to suggest that it be made possible to log in with more than one account within the same Proton Pass Windows application.

    Multiple account login and selection is already a thing within the web for Proton Mail and selecting between (just the same as how Gmail does it) would be an awesome new feature.

  5. Steam TOTP codes

    Proton Pass should have support for Steam 2FA codes. Bitwarden has the ability to prefix the 2FA field with steam:// to use their custom implementation. Proton Pass should support the same.

  6. Organize notes by folder

    Allow Notes to be put into an optional Folder within a Vault.
    Allow any number of Folders to be created within a Vault and deleted if empty.
    Allow a Note on creation to be put into a generic folder.
    Display list of Folders with All Notes (in Vault) at the top for user to select and access. And generic folder in 2nd place on the list and all other optional user created folders underneath in a user defined order.
    Allow transfer of a Note to a different Folder.

    I have been a long-time user of Proton and have also used Proton Pass since its launch. However, there is one feature from another product that I prefer: Heylogin's extension. They provide a very seamless way to log in on new browsers by displaying a QR code on the web browser, which you can then accept on your mobile device.

    I wish there were an easier way to log in through the extension while still maintaining a high level of security. Additionally, it would be great to have more control over access, such as managing logins and logouts from my…

  8. Permanent, custom e-mail alias suffix

    Allow to set a permanent suffix for all e-mail aliases to easely remember the aliases.
    eg: facebook.mysuffix@passmail.net, reddit.mysuffix@passmail.net, etc... with "my_suffix" a custom unique suffix I would have set.

  9. Be able to upload image(s) to cards, notes, etc

    Be able to upload images to notes, cards and so on.
    For example I have an important document I'd like to keep safe and potentially share it later with somebody, I would be able to do that.

  12. Export passwords from macOS 15 Passwords app

    As of macOS 15's offical release, Safari passwords will no longer exist, being replaced by a dedicated app called "Passwords".

    To export passwords, you must go to Passwords > File > Export all passwords.

  13. Select external email in 'Use my email' shortcut.

    When filling out a form, there's the shortcut "Use my email" or "hide my email".

    The problem is that i generally use gmail and not proton.me.
    When creating an alias, it forwards to my gmail, i want the option to use my gmail in this shortcut option.

  14. Need alternate way to log in to Proton Pass

    Problem: logging into ProtonPass with 2FA requirement is a problem when you work in a place that prohibits all mobile devices

    Proposed solution: Allow an alternate login method just for ProtonPass that works in a similar fashion to 1Password: the first time you set it up on a device (or browser), it will ask for username, password, master seed, and 2FA code.     Hi Proton Team and Community,

    I’d like to suggest a small but useful feature for Proton Pass. My idea is to allow users to add a fixed, custom text (e.g., "shop") to automatically generated email aliases. This way, each alias could look something like: shoprandomalias@simplelogin.com.

    This alias with the fixed text could be displayed as the second option in the popup window when filling out forms.

  17. Password Change with History Check

    If I change the password, Proton Pass could check the history of saved passwords (all) and if I wanted to change the password to a password from the history or if it was percentageally similar (the match can be set by the user) to some historical password, it could give it to me right away when creating this password information about it.

  19. KeePass Import (with direct/secure option).

    Currently to import from KeePass it is necessary to export all the password database to a plain-text (non-encrypted) file before being able to import in ProtonPass.

    I'd really be more comfortable if there was a way to directly import from a KeePass database, without "breaking" the security, not even temporarily.

    KeePass is open-source and it should be possible to develop an importer directly (e.g. that requires you the password to unlock the database, and then does everything securely).

  20. Import custom text fields from NordPass.

    NordPass import function is incomplete. PLEASE update ProtonPass to allow for complete importing of Custom Text Fields and Custom Answers. Sadly, I am unable to completely transition to ProtonPass because it does not pull all of my data as I need it to.

    Here is the data as found in the exported CSV file from NordPass:
    The following string is for 4 custom text fields with 4 answers and comes from a single cell on the csv.
