    We need Zcash support, no only on Proton Wallet but also for paying for Proton services.

    It's very important to have a private coin like Zcash in Proton Wallet.

    If Proton does this, it should be shielded-by-default for good privacy. Currently, only a fraction of all transactions in Zcash are fully shielded, thus making Monero, which encrypts everything by default, a much better choice for privacy.
    Still, the zero-knowledge proofs of zcash are very promising (albeit even hard for the CEO of zcash to understand).

    Long-time protonmail user here. Excited about the new Google docs replacement! Being able to pay with Zcash would be necessary for me to feel safe paying.
