    Please can the quality of the background removal be improved?

    Also will you allow custom backgrounds to be added in future, like Microsoft Teams and Zoom does?

  3. Allow computer audio to be shared without sharing screen

    I would like to be able to share my computer audio without sharing my screen.

    My camera video should still be shared.

    This is critical functionality for those of us who use video calls to facilitate online workshops. Often, practices such as guided meditations require the use of accompanying music, and it would be distracting to participants if I shared my music app screen with them.

    I currently use this functionality on Zoom, and I cannot switch to Proton Meet until this functionality is in place.

    I know of other facilitators who have the same requirements for their events.

  4. Please allow booking page setup to include automatic reminder emails

    Can you please edit the Booking page system to allow for the setting up of automatic reminder emails...

    For example I could setup one booking page so that they get a reminder email the morning of the appointment and the day before...

    And another booking page would only have reminder emails being sent an hour before the event... Or the day before the event, etc...

  6. Please allow for the setup of custom advance booking rules in booking pages

    With regards to the appointment booking pages system, could you please add the funcitonality whereby I can set a custom advanced booking block time...

    For example I would really like to be able to setup a booking page so that clients cant book appointments with less than 12 hours notice (or any other custom time) as the current range of either 2 hours or 48 hours seems to not work very well for me...

    2 hours is too short notice but 48 hours and next day don't work very well for me either

  7. Noise Cancellation

    My current experience suggests the noise cancellation function of Proton Meet is not on par with Zoom. When time and resources allow, it would be useful to have this improved. Thanks!

  9. Please change booking pages functionality to allow questions to be asked of those booking

    Can you please expand the booking pages functionality to allow potential meeting bookers to be asked custom questions as this would be useful to many people who wish to use the booking forms for commercial uses...

    For example personal trainers would want to ask people upfront if they have any gym experience, etc...

  12. Make it easier to exit/end meeting with dedicated buttons (no confirmation)

    It takes too many clicks to leave or end a meeting, which always makes the last seconds of a call awkward - perhaps a dedicated "Leave" and a dedicated "End meeting for all" button would be nice, and then only have the confirmation popup on "End meeting for all".

  13. Spotlight or pinned speaker / host view for recordings

    Please allow us to have the option to only have the pinned speaker or host be recorded, or spotlighted during meetings. It's important for when others don't want to be visible on recordings, and it's distracting from the speaker view. Thank you!

  14. Omit Proton Meet window from screenshare

    Currently, screen share captures the Proton Meet window which creates an infinite repeat within itself. Instead, Meet should appear over top of the screen as shared, and not show itself in that capture/stream.

  15. Automatic Download of Meet Recordings

    Hi Proton Meet Team,

    I'd like to provide feedback on the usability of the recording feature in Proton Meet and request a change to this feature.

    Current Problem:
    - I conducted a video call with recording enabled
    - When leaving the call, the download popup disappeared before I could click it
    - The recorded file is now nowhere to be found on my system
    - Neither in the Downloads folder nor anywhere else can I locate the MP4 file

  16. Make Proton Meet Pro pricing more affordable for Families

    Please consider making Proton Meet Professional more affordable for families or allowing one user to upgrade. Advertising it as $7.99/month or $95.88/year is deceiving, because it currently costs US $287.64 for a Family membership (which is nearly $400 Canadian). This is significantly more than getting a Zoom Pro account and expensive for those already subscribing to the family membership--especially when only one family member needs the Proton Meet Pro features of a recording option and longer than 60 minute meetings.

  17. Local Volume Mixer for incoming participant audio (volume boost)

    Please can a volume mixer/booster be added so you can individually adjust the incoming volume of participants in the call. Quite often some people are just too quiet and there’s one person that stands out. Discord has a feature where on an individual participant basis you can increase/boost the volume to 200% or reduce down to 0%.

  18. On a portrait monitor the video tiles will be vertical instead of horizontal

    Allow re-sizing or reshaping or improve the automatic algorithim for adjusting video tiles, on a vertical monitor it goes lengthwise unless there's a picture being shared so it becomes horizontal stack style.

  19. Enable/disable specific webcams

    Allow the showing and hiding of specific webcams. Lets say there are two main speaker, let me hide all the other users and only show those two (three four etc) webcams. This is similar to focusing just a single speaker.
