I believe many of the feature requests relaated to Sheets would be solved with a 'set locale' configuration or something similar.

In Brazil, we also follow a different format: point (.) separate thousands, and comma (,) separate decimals.
A 'set locale' configuration would be great, as suggested in

Add support for Brazilian Real (BRL) as a formatting option in Proton Sheets, under the menu 'Format > Number > More Currency'. The name, following the pattern, would be 'R$ Brazilian Real'.

Indeed, I was surprised when I tried to use a 'Find and Replace' function and saw that it doesn't exist.

When importing an existent spreadsheet that I created with Google Drive, I was able to use cells with DD/MM/YYYY. It was recognized as a date field. But indeed it is necessary to have more formats.
