I normally split my screen on two section, on the right for notes and on the left for the browser (where Proton Mail lives). When I switch to Proton Mail it's impossible to read email because it's just not responsive.
The left side bar and email list should collapse while reading a single email and there should be buttons for next unread email or similar.
I believe this is very important for usability reasons.
