    I vote for a Linux client.
    I would prefer that it comes with partial syncing (for selected "offline available" files/folders or a particular folder you can select to be synced). Something like this is suggested in another feature request which also has many votes. However, I know the proton team cannot please all user requests.

    In any case, I consider important that a client comes with the option to stop/resume syncing. This is useful, for instance, when you change a file and the software that changes the file places a temporary file in the same folder (Libre Office does this all the time for me). These temporary files are immediately deleted after the file being changed is saved. Additionally, this reduces battery consumption (on portables) and network traffic.
