I sort of initiated this subject a few years ago. At some point they made some changes to the way the forum works and I was never able to get to my original post. Anyway, I couldn't agree more with gnasthey37 comments.
For years, we (paying users) have been asking for this feature as it's the only little piece missing to finally get rid of Google and Microsoft for good. Embedded very deep in a roadmap shared by Proton early in the year, they said to be working in a huge overhaul of the bundle which would finally include this feature. I sort of remember they were targeting Q3, 2025. Hopefully that plan is timely executed despite all the distractions (wallet, authenticator, ai, etc.).

Proton Team, what are you waiting for? It's been under review for 18 months!, It was originally requested in 2015!, 3,000+ votes!
Integrating a Proton Task/To-Do feature to Proton Mail and Proton Calendar is the only roadblock left to finally get rid of Google / Microsoft intrusive services.
The day you guys manage to integrate this feature you will have a surge in usage/new subscribers. I'm sure you will.

Proton team: how many votes do you need to consider this integration between email and calendar?
This is a critical productivity feature that keeps me under Google (GMail) territory preventing me to make a full transition to Proton (been craving to do it for years); disappointed the feature is not in 2024 roadmap preview.
