    I would like to see this for privacy reasons. When I reply to an email the quoted text includes something like "On Tuesday, January 16th, 2024 at 10:56 AM, so and so wrote..." which leaks my timezone (and thus geographic location).

    Alternatively, an option to NOT include the date/time in the response at all would be acceptable.
