    This is critical as it is very easy for apps to find out real location via JavaScript. Using an external app for GPS spoofing is not an adequate solution as still it would show another location than VPN server. This issue compromises the promise of online privacy.
    Root is not necessary for this as this option is available in Android developer settings.
    It's kind of pointless to use a VPN if apps or websites could easily find out your real location via JavaScript and - even worse - therefore can see that a VPN is used.
