    Completely agree. It's incredible this is even an issue especially when one pays so much for the service.

    I agree entirely. I am getting sick of Proton's total UI failure for at least people like myself who are neurodiverse including ADHD and dyslexic. Also very frustrating that customer services seem to speak an entirely different version of English to the rest of us. All i have had since signing up for two year top tier plan is porblems and issues and quite frankly given all of this i am not sure if i even trust they are as secure as they say there are.
