    I'm getting my entire family to move from Gmail and Google Workspaces to Proton. I need to explain this to every single person. And to the older people I need to explain it every couple of weeks because they don't receive forwarded e-mails that often and forget. Muscle memory is an important thing to consider and my family has used e-mail for over 20 years without the need to do something special. In UX, if it isn't obvious, one has to ask what went wrong.

    Please change this and or make it an option that I can get everyone to change. I would prefer for you to change this.

    I use conversation grouping all the time. For me, it is the only way to manage the large amounts of e-mails that I get on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the grouping that Proton does is not very useful and actually doesn't help at all. This is a significant productivity issue. Please improve this!
