    Both as a personal user, and as a business user, this is an important feature.
    Personally it helps my wife and I to manage our email correspondence with various parties without one of us missing parts of the conversation.
    For the business, it enables a finance team to receive invoices and remittence advices to a shared mailbox, or a maintenance team to be able to monitor requests without sending many copies of an email around.

    It is also a critical blocker for a business that I would be very happy to move over to Proton Mail if this feature was included.
