As a small business owner trying to get out from under Google. A low-cost simple VOIP would be amazing. We don't need all the VOIP bells and whistles like a call center. We just need a local business number we can link to our employees' phones so they can talk and text our clients without having to buy more phones and such. All the VOIP services I can find have a hundred features we don't need and their prices reflect it. $30 per user is insane when one only has 7 stylists that need to text their clients a few times a day. GoogleVoice randomly decides we have sent or received too many texts, with no definition of what that actually is, and blocks the feature for an undetermined amount of time. It's ridiculous.
