    A very important option indeed. We're just a small company, but we would love to have for instance web orders come in in a shared mailbox to be handled by whoever has time while still having private mailboxes for every member of the staff, without the need of a separate mail account and swapping between accounts every time.

    I fully agree.... My wife and I would like to have our own e-mail addresses as well as some shared e-mail address / e-mail folder for those things that concern both of us. For instance communication related to our house (electricity / gas / telecom etc)....
    We now solve it by having a separate e-mail account for that, but it would be nice to have it in Proton Duo so that we don't have to swap accounts to see private / shared email.
