    I would definitely like more choice. Having just installed proton drive desktop, I ESC'd out of the pop up menu.

    I just want to use the drive as a go-between for some things, not back up things. When I saw it syncing files I did not want it to sync and never asked for it to sync...

    Well, I had to figure that out. And so I found this.

    I understand the majority of users may wish to use Proton Drive in the way that it default.

    I want to selectively add things, not automatically add things — this adds nuance that should not be too hard to add.

    As I'm testing it out, I am considering upgrading to more storage... but I have to make sure it works for my use cases. :)
