    I agree this would be a valuable feature. Right now, Proton Mail doesn't offer a native bulk export to PDF. For individual emails, you can use Print → Save as PDF, but that's not practical if you need to archive hundreds of messages.

    If you have a paid Proton Mail plan, Proton Mail Bridge is a good workaround because it exposes your Proton mailbox through a local IMAP/SMTP interface, allowing desktop clients like Outlook or Thunderbird to access your emails.

    Quick steps:

    Proton Mail Bridge → Sign in → Configure Outlook/Thunderbird using the Bridge IMAP settings → Sync all emails → Export or archive from the email client.

    If you need more flexibility, another option is the BitRecover Email Backup Wizard. It connects to Proton Mail using an app password, exports emails to EML and PST, preserves attachments, headers, metadata, folder hierarchy, and can name the output files using email fields like Subject and Date, making the archive much easier to browse later.

    Personally, I'd love to see Proton add a native bulk Export to PDF option with customizable filenames (for example: Date – Subject – Sender.pdf). That would make long-term archiving much simpler than the current workarounds.
