    Hello,
    Segmented streaming would make video previews much more practical, especially when users only need to check a clip before downloading the full file. I’ve seen a similar need with public social videos, where quick previews save time and bandwidth. Tools like https://tokghost.com/ can also make browsing and saving public TikTok videos more convenient.
