    I think this is a reasonable recovery scenario to address. Having an active, authenticated Proton Mail session should at least provide a clear recovery path, even if changing the password still requires additional verification. A secure recovery flow could use identity verification, recovery email/phone, or another trusted-device confirmation before allowing a password reset. The key would be balancing accessibility with strong protections against account takeover. A clear recovery option inside the Android app download https://latestdeltaexecutor.com would make this situation much less frustrating for users.
