I am very disappointed by poor support for own domains in Duo & Family plans. This is very high on list of priorities for a paid shared account.
As a privacy conscious person who is signing up for a Duo or Family plan, it is very natural to be able to have these features:
(1) A shared email address+mailbox for own domain (e.g. husband_and_wife@mydomain.tld) that two or more family members can both read AND send from.
(2) Ability to create & see aliases - e.g. shared_project@mydomain.tld that forward to individual mailboxes (e.g. husband@mydomain.tld and/or wife@mydomain.tld) - every person on the plan should have this capability.
I was under impression that these features were no brainer and why I even contemplated getting a Duo account in the first place. Without these features, I will NOT renew at Duo level and will downgrade to a single personal account.
