    Custom DNS configuration would benefit from native DoH support, particularly for users who use services like NextDNS for privacy and content filtering. Traditional resolver addresses do not provide the same configuration flexibility as encrypted DNS endpoints. Allowing users to enter and manage DoH URLs directly could simplify setup while giving them more control over their DNS preferences.
