Title: Sheet tab order reverts to creation order when reopening file

Description: Sheet (tab) order does not persist after saving and reopening. When I manually drag tabs into a custom order, closing and reopening the file resets them to chronological creation order.

    Steps to Reproduce:

Create a spreadsheet in Proton Sheets with multiple sheets/tabs (e.g., "January", "February", "Summary")
Drag tabs into a custom order that differs from creation sequence
    Wait for autosave to complete
    Close the file
    Reopen the same spreadsheet
Observe: tabs are reordered to match creation sequence instead of the arrangement I set
Expected Behavior: Tab order persists across sessions, the same way cell data does.

Actual Behavior: Tabs revert to chronological creation order on reopening.

    Impact:

Tab order must be rebuilt every time the file is opened
    Disruptive during collaborative work sessions
Most reproducible after duplicating a tab and then repositioning it
    Workarounds Attempted:

Waiting for autosave to settle before navigating away
Hard refresh and clearing site data for docs.proton.me
Building tabs in target order from the start (partial relief only)

    Environment:
Browser: Brave (Windows), latest stable, Shields down
    OS: Windows
    Account type: Proton Unlimited
    Platform: Web app (docs.proton.me)
