An error occurred while saving the comment n5i4inti4ntinio4ti commentedWould be handy for signing up with certain sites without getting a huge ton of spam and newsletters and such.
I understand that some sites hate people having disposable email addresses, mostly due to spam. ProtonMail already has spam filters in place scanning inbound and outbound emails, and they could also limit the number of emails sent from these disposable addresses to maybe 5 per day. It would also greatly increase privacy by preventing a digital trail of the exact email addresses across many sites.

An error occurred while saving the comment n5i4inti4ntinio4ti commentedIt shouldn't be too hard to implement. The web version is already quite developed and it should be trivial to integrate that with electron to allow cross platform clients on Windows, Linux and OSX.
A really cool feature would be to save multiple logins for quick switching to different ProtonMail accounts. (work and personal for example)Or as the previous commenter said, just finish working on protonmail bridge for linux.
My personal opinion is why not both? :)

ProtonMail offers encrypted contacts for both web and mobile applications (https://protonmail.com/blog/encrypted-contacts-manager/). Calendar and note functionality will be released in the future.

This was planned a year ago. Any official word from the ProtonMail Team? If you want to convince the privacy conscious among us, you really need to get that app into F-Droid
