    I know i can filter emails to direct emails for each alias, but i cannot then move emails to different folders for storage under that alias' folder.
    If each alias had its own inbox, then i could create folders under each inbox to keep the size of my inbox reasonable and stay better organized.

    Ability to nest folders within folders and nest labels within folders would be so much easier to navigate and would help shorted an out of control folder tree.
