Updating Calender notification
For example an event on the next day is supposed to send a notification on the day before. If you do not swipe it away (at least on android). It will still say "tomorrow" on the day of the event. I would be nice if it changed to today

Multiple Language Recognition in WIndows App
When writing emails in multiple languages, I noticed that the only language recognized by the Windows app is English (the primary language set in the app). This means that my emails are constantly full of red underlines, and I have no spell check help in other languages.
I have noticed that my wife does not have this problem on her Mac, and her desktop app automatically checks spelling in any language she has installed on her OS.
I also have all the languages I need installed on my Win OS, but this has no effect on Proton.

Possibility to create and share adress books
At the moment in Proton Mail I have an adress book where I can add addresses of my contacts. That's it.
Beside other features like integrating with android/ios system address book or showing contact events (birthday, anniversary) in the calendar, there is one other thing that keeps us from ultimately shutting our selfhosted nextcloud down:

Let me explain.
My wife and I both have a private address book with our own contacts. As freelancer I have a additional address book containing only contacts related to my work.

It would be great if pulling down on the top-right profile picture icon on mobile would switch between logged-in accounts.

Limit filters to only function within select folders
I'd like to see option within Filters to limit them to only function in select folders. Currently, if you create a filter it will be applied to ALL folders no matter which one, be it Inbox, Spam or whatever. However, if I want to create filters that specifically ONLY operate within Spam folder to make repeating annoying spam mails less annoying, I can't do that because the filters I will make will also affect mails inside Inbox when they arrive even though I don't want that to happen.

Calendar Scheduling for Passport Appointment
For a Philippine passport, you need to book an appointment and select your preferred date, time, and DFA branch during the booking process. forward a sent email
In other mail providers the whole message would be included if I wanted to resend to another address.
For example, when you receive an "out of office" auto response, which provides another email contact within that organisation.Maybe even if I have to "move" sent message to "draft" then replace existing recipients with the new, then send to the new recipient.

Each alias needs a signature of its own.
Supposedly this feature was added earlier, but the link to it is nonfunctioning. The user should be able to add a different signature to each alias rather than a single signature for all. If this already exists, please show where and how.

Improve search to allow multiple filters
The current search is very limited. I want to find all emails with a specific label in the Inbox. In the search, I can select Inbox and a label, but I can only choose one.
I have 40k emails with this label in the archive, and 1,000 emails in the Inbox, some of which have the same label. How am I supposed to search for just the ones in the Inbox? Please improve the search to allow combining multiple filters.

Improve Calendar design

The month view is adjustable from a 1 week view to 8 weeks. I used the 3 week view so I could see at a glance each day's "headlines."
The month view is scrollable. It doesn't jump from October to November; it scrolls week by week
The entries in each day are clean - no bubbles around each item, taking up space and looking "messy"

Remove default notifications in Calendar
I don't want the 2 notifications as the default. (15 minute notification + 15 minute email). Neither of these is useful. Plus, sometimes I just want to enter an event quickly, without getting an email and a text notification automatically.

Add autoreject for clashing meetings
When booking rooms using an email address it is necessary that the email address used automatically rejects any overlapping meetings that are attempted to be booked after the room fills a free slot. This would allow booking of time slots purely by email without using the booking pages which do not allow variable length meetings

Participation options for shared Calenders
A shared calander has many advantages I favour above inviting people to an event especially with people I share many events with (my girlfriend for example, or my flatmates) we use this a lot. One feature I am missing tho is the option to opt out of an event of that shared calander similar to an event I was invited to. As an example my flatmates go to a concert and put it into the shared calendar. I can't go for some reason and now this event still clutters my view. Daylight Savings (AEST vs AEDT) add more timezones, automatically adapt to daylight savings
In Australia, Brisbane and Melbourne are on the same longitude, but Melbourne is one hour ahead because of daylight savings, this causes a lot of havoc with foreign business partners, please make brisbane different

Just Put Dates Against Emails
As I am continually switching between time zones, it is very frustrating having the dates of received emails showing as 'today', yesterday', 'Wednesday' etc when older ones are listed by date, i.e. Oct 24. These are quickly accessible if someone asks 'what date was that email sent?' The current version might look warm and fuzzy, but it is highly impractical for business and correspondence quick referencing. At least make this option available to switch between.

Because of proton mail's render system it flickers and is unusable( it's related to NVIDIa driver if i remember correctly)

re-send an email
When viewing a sent mail, add a item under the "..." more options called: resend. When clicking this button the composer opens with all the content (recipients, subject, body and attachments) from the previously sent mail, user can then edit anything as if it is a new mail, and send it as a new mail.

Option to exclude sender from Mailing Lists view
Currently it is unclear how the Mailing Lists view differentiates mailing list emails from non mailing list emails. At the moment the active mailing list fills up quickly and it is hard to clean up. I'd like to be able to exclude certain email addresses from entering the view in the first place. The "Remove from list" option on the 3 dot menu is insufficient as a new email will add it to the list again.
