Ai filtering for emails
We already have an option for filtering, but I feel its too complex and underused. Having the option to have Ai filter emails based on your preferences (spam, school emails, promotional, and more...) to certain folders would be much better. All the while leaving the current system for people that prefer it. I see this as an absolute MUST HAVE for the future. Also this can be very key for quick summaries of each email on the notification. That way we have the jist of what we are going to open and read.
You could run the Ai on Graphics…

Separate display name per address
I have multiple email addresses (not aliases) set up, but they all use the same Display Name. I don't mind using my full name with my default address, but I would rather have something else show when using my less-publoc facing addresses. I was a little shocked to see my full name show up when someone replied to an email sent from my otherwise anonymous address (no personally identifiable info in the address).

Notifications in-app
There's a white pop up that appears when you delete an email. Two problems with it. One, it covers up the toolbar at the bottom of the app. If I delete an email and decide to delete another one, I have to wait for the popup to disappear first. Can it be moved higher so it doesn't cover the toolbar? The second issue is that it's a white background while in dark mode. This looks really out-of-place. Thsnks for considering!

ability to invite others to event of which you are not the organizer
Example: my friend invites me to dinner and i would like to forward the proton calendar event to my partner. however, as i am not the event organizer, this is currently not possible. all other larger email and calendar provider incl outlook and gmail allow for this basic functionality.

Wayland Support
Wayland is more secure and most modern linux destops use Wayland to replace the old and insecure X11. please include Wayland support in your desktop applications for Linux

Support floating times in calendar invites
When trying to add an .ics calendar invite from Mail to calendar, it fails on mobile. On the web client it claims "floating times not supported". Other email services like Gmail can add these events to your calendar without issue.

conversation thread
could we have a way to follow thread that makes the multi-persons conversation obvious with some indentation? I found the present all in the same group confusing. I had to revert back to Thunderbird to have a clear idea of who answered to whom.

number of conversations on page
I would like to have an option to set the number of conversations per page to something lower than 50 so I can have all conversations visible per page and I don't have to scroll.

reconcile differences between proton contacts and google contacts
I have used the import feature to bring contacts from google contacts into proton contacts. I still need google contacts for phone calls, however. The issue is that when a contact changes, I have to update both locations.
I'd like to suggest adding a reconcile differences feature that could compare the 2 contact lists, and allow the user to merge/edit differences.

More granular push notification control
Push notifications for Proton Mail on IOS are all-or-nothing: I can receive a push notification for every single email and new login both, or I can turn them all off.
I get too many emails to keep push notifications on for the Proton Mail app. Disabling them means that Proton no longer has any way to notify me that there's been a new login to my account. This is a security flaw.
Ideally, notifications would be quite flexible (allowing notifications to be set for specific labels or folders or other rules), but at the very least I should be able…

Please add an additional line for Street Address in contacts. One line is generally insufficient in many locations.

Allow for a 2 or 3 week calendar view. With 3-6 entries on each day, showing a month long layout w/ few items visible isn't helpful. Thanks!
Please allow for a 2 or 3 week view in the calendar. When there are many entries each day, showing a month long (4-5 wk) layout where only a few items per day are visible isn't very helpful. We only see a bunch of bullets (not all but a few) that show a few words. Allowing users to see 2 or 3 weeks at a time would allows the cells to fully populate and see all the bullets. Thanks!

Include new unread mails from folders in the app icon badge (count)
Add an option to include in the app icon badge (count) new unread mails that are moved directly to a folder from the inbox via a rule. Currently, these mails are only reflected in the count inside the app, not on the app icon. This should apply to both mobile and desktop app icons.

Improve contacts groups management
The overall experience on managing contacts on proton has become really bad.
You cannot create groups, meaning list of contacts, from csv, so if you make a contact list of 80 people for work, you have to add all them manually to a group. If you have multiple groups to create it quickly becomes a nightmare. If you send an email to a group, it does not save ?? So if you want to prove an email has been sent or reuse it, well you cannot, you either make screenshots or external records to proton, or you have nothing

Proton Mail: "Move To" improvement (1 click instead of 2 clicks?)
Hi!
I noticed that recently, Proton Mail has a slight change in the UI, meaning, when I click "Move To" to move an email to a folder, I now need to:
1st select the folder
2nd click the "Move" buttonAs an observation, I believe the way this was done before was way better: only click on the folder and the email was moved straight away. Multiple Outlook profiles multiple PST files need to combine contacts into VCF?

I used several Outlook profiles over the years, and now I have around four PST files. Each PST contains a portion of my contacts. I want to combine all PST contacts into one clean VCF file without duplicates. Is there a tool or method that can handle multiple PST files and export them together?

Propagate notification settings for appointment to all who share the calendar
This has been shared in other words below, but when I input an appointment on a shared calendar, I want the notifications I set for that appointment to be applied to all users, not just me. As of now, the user's calendar will apply its own default notification settings to any new appts added by other users on the calendar.

When opening a mail item, that has multiples of the same email, open the newest one by default
Currently when you open an email, it doesn't open the newest one, but one of the other ones instead.

How can I avoid duplicates when exporting Excel contacts to VCF?
My Excel file contains many repeated entries because contacts were added over several years. When I use an Excel to VCF Converter, these duplicates also appear in the final VCF file. I want a clean VCF file with only unique contacts. Is there a method for cleaning duplicates inside Excel before exporting? Or is there a tool that automatically filters repeated contacts?
