Support floating times in calendar invites
When trying to add an .ics calendar invite from Mail to calendar, it fails on mobile. On the web client it claims "floating times not supported". Other email services like Gmail can add these events to your calendar without issue.

Sync the color of a calendar item in a shared calendar
First off, great that colors, sharing and changing a single item in a sequence are implemented.
But I would like one more thing. Sync the color of an calendar item if a custom color is set.
I like google's solution. That is a standard default color (1) for a calendar (which can be different for each member and is not synced). And a second color (2), which defaults to (1) but can be changed and is synced. If you look at the item, the first part (most left) is de default color (1), the rest is (2). Items in the…

Month view should have times visible
The month view in proton calendar shows events for each day, which is cool, but it would be cool if I could see when events start each day.
Business Calendar Pro has this option. It compresses the time, so for example for an event starting 12:00, it shows "12 Workout". For an event starting 15:30, it shows "15:30 Meeting".
These fit in the tiny day and they add much more information, because I can easily see if I have morning free for example, when first event is at noon. I don't have to click at events.

A "sticky note" option for mail that is tagged "To Do"
I love the folder system on Protonmail and make good use of it. I also love the label system. Often, I will label an incoming e-mail "TO DO" and then slide it into a folder I've created. Could you consider a feature that allows the user to "place a sticky note" (so to speak) on an e-mail where they can jot something down that reminds them what they need to do next with that e-mail??
I picture opening my "TO DO" (labeled) e-mails one by one and, as I do, the "sticky note" reminds me what it was that I…

Users should be able to influence calendar ordering
e.g., by alphanum sorting (instead of sorted on creation time) and/or by drag&drop.

Proton Calendar Feedback Link Goes to Wrong Forum
The 'Request a Feature' link in the Calendar tab of Proton Mail for desktop goes to:
https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/932842-proton-calendar
Since the Calendar UserVoice forum has been merged with Mail, the link no longer works. Currently it this URL goes to the Lumo feedback forum. It should go to:
https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-proton-mail-calendar
Proton Mail (macOS Version 1.10.1 (1.10.1))
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on calendar tab
2. Click on profile image
3. Click 'Help and Feedback'
4. Click 'Request a feature'2 votes -
always label senders emails to phone support
Add "always label senders emails" option to the iphone/android apps. I am really trying hard to keep my new inbox organized but having to go to the computer application to label emails isn't a good option. Adding this to the phone app would be excellent.

number of conversations on page
I would like to have an option to set the number of conversations per page to something lower than 50 so I can have all conversations visible per page and I don't have to scroll.

Linux Window Snapping / Tiling
Feature to drag the Proton Mail application to the left/right edge of the screen to adjust the size (just like with other apps).
In the Fedora GUI, the app has this feature for the top edge (full screen), but not for the side edges (half screen size).

Go directly to the folder when using the 'M' shortcut
It's just ergonomics, but it would be nice to be able to go directly to the folder's name when using the 'M' shortcut in the mailbox. Currently, we have to type the first letters, then use the narrow button to go down to the folder's name, then select it with the space bar and click enter to perform the action. It would be better if we could just type the first letter and click Enter.

Request for Single Email Print/Export with Full Header, No Conversation Trail
The current web interface forces the user to either expand the trail, which includes all previous messages, or manually copy and paste parts of the email, which is tedious and time-consuming. Consider adding a feature to export or print only the current email with its full header, excluding the conversation trail. This would save a lot of hassle and make the platform more user-friendly for those of us who need this functionality regularly.

Maintain checkbox selection, even when clicking into an email
I'm often going through emails to decide which I can delete. I'll have several emails already selected. If I click into one of the emails and then back out, all of my selections are gone. This has happened many times and is very frustrating.

only run filters against inbox
It is really a BAD, BAD idea to run filters against all messages. During the normal course of operation, a common thing to nappen is a receipt from newegg gets put into the ads folder.... I manually move it to my receipts folder.
Now, when you run filters against all messages - it moves it from the receipts folder back to the ads folder, which really destroyed my organization. I really only want the inbox sorted when I run a filter against "all messages" (for instance, I add a new store to my sorting that I hadn't filtered on before).…4 votes -
Streamline the add reminders interface (Android)
For the Android app:
When adding reminders to a calendar event, the current experience takes the user through a lot of clicks. This should be streamlined.
I propose that the click to add a reminder or change a reminder opens a popup with preset choises that the user can control in settings. The user should at this stage have the opportunity to single press an option, making the pop-up close immediately, and leaving you with the exact same view of the calendar event setting as before. Of course there should be an option to add a costum reminder, which should…

Proton Mail: "Move To" improvement (1 click instead of 2 clicks?)
Hi!
I noticed that recently, Proton Mail has a slight change in the UI, meaning, when I click "Move To" to move an email to a folder, I now need to:
1st select the folder
2nd click the "Move" buttonAs an observation, I believe the way this was done before was way better: only click on the folder and the email was moved straight away. In case there will be a decision to revert to this simple straight forward way, I would again add, that the way the radio button worked before, required one to be very accurate and…

Reduce ProtonMail app PIN attempts to logout.
The app allows you to enter an incorrect PIN 20 times before automatically logging you out. It should be like Proton Pass and limit you to only 3-5 attempts before logging out.

Improvements Needed: Email Subject Line and Font Size in ProtonMail
I would like to draw the PM designers' and developers attention to the fact that the current ProtonMail app email view displays the subject line in the middle of the screen instead of on the left side. Additionally, the font size is considerably large, with the subject line and sender information taking up almost half of the screen, which looks unappealing. I request the ProtonMail team to change this by reducing the font size and aligning the subject line to the left side. I believe these changes will save significant screen space and enhance the email view. Thanks.

Is it possible to Preview Excel contacts before converting to VCF?
Yes, there are ways to preview Excel contacts before creating VCF files. Tools like ToolsBaer Excel to vCard Converter make the process easier by displaying a complete preview of all contacts before conversion, ensuring accuracy, and showing all mistakes. This helps you to verify names, phone numbers, emails, and other details before converting Excel to VCF format. The technical tool works on all Windows versions, from 11 to 7. Also, supports all Excel and vCard versions like 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0. No need to learn technical knowledge for converting an Excel file to vCard format.
