When I try to open mail.proton.me I constantly see an error message with the text:
Unsupported browser. You are using an unsupported browser. Please update it to the latest version or use a different browser. More info
At the same time, on proton.me/support/recommended-browsers I read:
Proton Mail has been fully tested and works well with most modern browsers. However, we only recommend browsers that also respect your privacy. These include:
Mozilla FirefoxDid Mozilla break something in its beta, causing it to stop supporting something necessary for mail.proton.me to work?

Offload Email on Mobile
The iOS app stores all my email on my phone which takes more space than I’d like. Please add the option to offload emails beyond a given age to store only on the server but retain enough metadata in the mobile app to search the full set of emails so they can be redownloaded on demand.

Am dat peste plinko romania într-un grup de Facebook dedicat jocurilor simple și rapide. Mi-a atras atenția pentru că oamenii acolo povesteau despre câștigurile lor mici, dar dese. Am intrat, am pus o miză mică și am văzut imediat cum se desfășoară runda. După câteva încercări mai slabe, am prins o combinație norocoasă și am câștigat destul cât să îmi iau prânzul din ziua respectivă. When I receive multiple emails from same sender - marketting
I have occasionally received 4 or more emails from the same "valid" sender - promotional.
Could I return these en-masse to make the sender awate?I know I can "save to PDF" and attach multipple attachments, bbut a simple click on many to send in 1 email.
Not a game changer but would be useful.

Feedback zur Nutzungseinschränkung der Desktop-App für Free-User
Ich finde es etwas widersprüchlich, dass man Proton Mail und den Proton Kalender als Free-User problemlos auf dem Smartphone nutzen kann, während der Zugriff über die Desktop-App nur mit einem kostenpflichtigen Abo möglich ist. Gerade Nutzer, die überwiegend am Computer arbeiten, empfinden das als unnötige und künstliche Einschränkung.
Persönlich würde ich bei einem Wechsel auf Proton Mail Plus ohnehin lieber die Proton Mail Bridge verwenden, um mein Postfach mit einem Mail-Client wie Thunderbird oder Outlook zu verbinden – die Desktop-App wäre für mich also gar nicht ausschlaggebend. Die aktuelle Limitierung wirkt dadurch eher…

Allow scheduling emails more than three months out
When scheduling an email to be sent in the future, the calendar control (at least in the Android app) greys out dates beyond 3 months. So for example scheduling an email to be sent in six months is not possible.
Gmail lets you set any future date at all for scheduling, even many years out. I was quite surprised Proton limits this.

Newsletters considered a conversation
The conversation function is very 'agressive'. when i get newsletters, even when they have different dates in the name, are considered as conversation. The newsletters are not related. When i mail back i can only delete/archive the complete 'conversation' with all the newsletters because of this although they are not related as in it is a conversation.

The Problem:
In the Proton Mail Android app, long emails (especially newsletters and subscription emails) are automatically shortened. When I click the "View entire message" button at the bottom, the app abruptly jumps to the very top of the email instead of staying where I was reading or expanding in place. This completely breaks the reading flow and is very frustrating.
Current Behavior:

Feature Idea: Scheduled Inbox Delivery by Sender
Allow users to create a filter rule that holds incoming emails from specific senders and only delivers them to the inbox at a user-defined time (e.g., a fixed hour each day, or specific days of the week), instead of showing them immediately upon arrival. This would let users control when certain types of emails — such as newsletters, notifications, or work messages from specific contacts — appear, reducing interruptions while still ensuring nothing gets lost, unlike simply archiving or labeling messages out of sight indefinitely.

Correo recordatorio de calendar
Mi propuesta es que cuando se crea un evento en el calendario, y en dicho evento se añade un recordatorio mediante correo electrónico, en lugar de que ese correo te envíe un enlace para acceder al calendario, o bien sustituyendo ese enlace, o bien como complemento del mismo, apareciese el título que se le asignó al evento en el momento de crearlo. La mayor parte de las veces, con esa visualización es más que suficiente. El tener que acceder obligatoriamente al calendario, es a mi modo de ver, una verdadera pérdida de tiempo.

close a pdf does not close mail
When you read a pdf in the mail desktop app when you close the window with macos red cross, it close mail app.
you have to quit and launch again no way for reopen the main window!

Caldnav or external email sender
Hi,
Is there idea to one day be able to have caldnav syncing with proton or to send email from external email account (google for exemple) ? I'm working with differente email accounts and I want to have my main one in proton, the env looks cool. But I can't have all my emails + event at the same place - can't with apple clients cause calendar is not syncable with proton - can't with proton cause can't send email from my other emails account.

Please enable notifications on android through websocket or Sunup. Proton markets itself as a privacy consious provider. I don't think it's appropriate or acceptable to rely on Google Play Services (UnifiedPush / FCM) as the sole or mandatory method for push notifications on Android.
