"all day" events appear all the way down the calendar.
Would it be possible to have an option for all day events to "block" my calendar for the whole day?.
Some all day events are just reminders, i.e. at some point today, but others really are all day events and I would like them to show across the whole day. I can sort of do that if I pick a start and end time but it feels less graceful.
Not to compare with another product but the way Outlook renders these is (surprisingly) nice, especially when paired with Show As options (Free, Busy, Tentative, etc.).
Thanks!

Choose which calendars to show in the widget
We need to be able to customise the Calendar Widget to select which calendars we want to be shown (enabled), and which we want to be hidden (disabled), separately to what is shown when opening the app.
For example, I have a Work Team calendar and a Family calendar that I want to see when I open the app, but I don't want them shown in the widget.

LA CRM - Mailbridge Failure
Hi Proton Team,
This is a niche issue, but I utilize a tool called Less Annoying CRM (LACRM), which allows permits email logging required for my industry. On their help site (https://www.lessannoyingcrm.com/help/finding-imap-information-for-email-syncing), they specifically call out proton mail for being unable to sync with their tools:
"ProtonMail: their end-to-end encryption prevents a normal IMAP sync. ProtonMail’s “Bridge” tool does not solve this, so automatic email logging will not work."
Is there the possibility that the bridge tool could permit a normal IMAP sync without compromising the security of the tool?

Improve email masking in Daily Notifications (Show first and last characters)
Currently, Daily Email Notifications only show the first two characters of the recipient address. This makes it difficult to distinguish between similar aliases or folders (e.g.,
support@...vssuper@...).I suggest updating the masking logic to show both the beginning and the end of the local part of the email address.
* Current:su********@proton.me
* Proposed:su****rt@proton.meors******t@proton.meThis provides better clarity while maintaining the privacy of the full address.

Creation of a Public Spam Address List
I suggest creating a public list of known spam addresses. This list could be initially curated by Proton Mail and then maintained and continuously updated by the community (for example, via GitHub).
Additionally, it would be highly beneficial to add, in this section (https://account.proton.me/u/78/mail/filters#spam) within each user account’s spam filter settings, a feature that allows users to upload one or more precompiled lists of spam addresses (e.g., in .txt, .md, .csv, .json, or similar formats). This would enable users to manage their own personalized lists and import them all at once, rather than having to mark addresses individually.

Strike agenda items
When deleting an event in the Proton Calendar, I still want to be reminded that it was there originally. Is it possible to offer two kinds of delete:
(A) strike through the event (so it is still visible in the calendar, but now the title is in strike through), or
(B) permanently delete the event?2 votes -
UI elements for Emails - too much & too big
When opening an email - especially on mobile - UI elements are too big, to much of them and maybe they shouldn't all be there. See screenshot here - https://drive.proton.me/urls/0G7Y7D3WF0#mL6N900V24rk
"This image is from a mailing list" - I know this and usually there is a link for unsubscribe, so not needed there. Also people might feel forced every time they open an email from a list to unsubscribe.
"Some images failed to load...." - This is also not necessary. I would rather have a general settings for all emails. Maybe you could find a solution to load images to…

When I open or use the preview in calendar, show the create date for repeating events.
Since we don't have any task system, I create repeating events to remind me to complete some task like for example checking a credit card refund. 3 months down the track when I look at the event I want to be able to see the first date for this event. Easier than having to scroll back through a busy calendar trying to work it out.

open several emails at the same time using new windows or a tabs system
You often have to have several emails open at the same time for work. For exemple, a recent email you want to answer to an the result of a research. In other systems, you can open them in lots of new windows or in tabs. The Help support just confirmed me that it is not possible in Proton

Spam mails not forwarded to group members
Currently Proton does not forward emails that are classified as spam to group members. The problem is that there no trace (at least for Visionary plan) of this retention. It is really annoying with wrong positive spams.
Please find a way to warn at least the admin of the domain. Or simply distribute it to all group user spam folders.

Icon and Text - Customize Toolbar
Allow the option to have both Icon and Text when reading messages. Apple Mail has this option. I know what the trash and archive icons look like but it takes a half a second to focus that you are hitting the correct one so you don't delete an email that you want to archive. When the text is there (Archive, Trash) you can do it instantly without having to focus on it.

I miss the possibility for ‘to do’s’ with a check box if done in Proton Calendar.
Every day the Proton Users has things to do. In Proton Calendar the to do’s should be visible every day on top of the day. IF finished check the box and the user knows that he has done what he had to do.
Importing to do lists would make life easier.2 votes -

Support TOTP field in contacts
It would be useful if it were possible to store a TOTP code to a contact entry in Proton Mail, similar to what is supported in Proton Pass. The code would be shared with the contact. As an identity-verification feature, the contact and myself could use the time-generated code to verify by voice that the interlocutor is indeed the contact. This can be done today using Proton Authenticate but it would be useful to associate the TOTP code with a contact in the same manner this can be done for a userid in Proton Pass.

Partial export of .ics of Calendar
In order to update records locally, it would be useful to be able to export only part of the calendar’s .ics file so that we can update local records without having to export the entire calendar every time, which becomes cumbersome for daily updates.
Ideally, it would be possible to set a date range for the export.

Reply, Reply all switching
When already composing an email, I'd love to easily switch between reply and reply all.
Currently I need to manually copy all emails or start composing an new email, copying over the contents.

All Settings
Please allow clicking on the upper right hand “cog icon” to send you to the full “All Settings” page. A recent update made it so that it is a two step process to land on this page.
Currently, when you click on the cog icon in the upper right corner, the blue “All Settings” button appears. I perceived it not as a link, but as a title (or subject heading). I had to contact customer support to find my way to the complete All Settings page. It wasn't intuitive for me. A one step process would be simpler and more…
