This is a recurring annoyance. Many different apps have "Add to calendar" functionality, but without Proton supporting it, it is basically useless.

As long as I am not able to switch the default calendar App in iOS, "Proton Calendar" is useless for me to switch - I imported a year ago all iCloud synced "Calendar" App and its sub-calendar items which worked good, with some exeptions for special bookings.

I was very astonished finding out and investigating about this limitation !

But confident supporter and user of: "Proton VPN" / "Proton Mail" (and Mailbridge on some nodes) / "Proton Pass" / "Proton Authenticator" (since it has been splittet from ProtonPass).

Would be grat to have proton calendar as a system wide samsung calendar

trying to finalize my switch from Google and this is pretty much the only thing standing in my way- I need to be able to easily import my events from facebook!

I add events regularly and hate having to manually enter the event because I can't default to Proton. Would also love to somehow see this on Windows PC as well.

I changed from Important to Critical because this is interfering with me getting off Google…

How is that still not done ? i was sure it was me not finding how to do it, its really critical and major for the adoption of the calendar :)

As long as this doesn't work, I am tied to using google agenda and won't be able to switch to Proton. I have a couple of apps that don;t send email invites but offer to add into the calendar directly, but the 2 options I get are Google Agenda end Microsoft Outlook
