PIN & Biometric Protection for ALL Apps
It would be really great to be able to enable a PIN and biometric login protection for ALL proton apps. Specifically, the MacOS Proton Mail app should be able to be guarded with a PIN/Touch ID, the Lumo IOS app should have a PIN/FaceID, etc... All of these apps give direct access not only to sensitive information (emails, chats, etc.), but also to your Proton account settings.

That must be a standard obviously. That it must to be across all apps on every OS and different devices versions.
It does not make sense to have privacy by default, but not restrict the access to our data with any kind of protection.

Yes! I have the ability to use biometric login on top of 2FA for all BUT Proton Calendar, which is frustrating and disappointing because the point is to protect information to the greatest extent possible. I want ALL of my mobile Proton apps to have this capability, especially since I've not found a workaround through my mobile settings. Pretty please, with a cherry on top!

I am on Windows 11
I use long passwords(20-25 chars). This means if I have to sign in to the VPN, I have to open a browser or the Proton Pass app to get my username and password. The same goes for Proton Pass. I have no problem with using a pin, but biomentrics would be much easier
I would like to see biometrics added to the VPN for logging into start the VPN and Pass apps.

Definitely need biometric unlock on the extension. I would actually prefer to have the option of adding biometric unlock on top of the first password login, like in KeepassXC

This feature (FaceID lock) is built into iOS for any app hence Lumo doesn't seem to need it.

Be sure to create a PIN-code for the application in Windows! Otherwise, what's the point of all your privacy? If anyone can walk into a computer's workstation when a user is gone and gain full access to their email proton !

Agree with this. Should be a standard setting across all proton apps.

I agree with this idea. Touch ID should always be required to open Proton Mail from sleep. Speaking of sleep, the app should lock after a user determined amount of time whereupon it could be unlocked via fingerprint. My password manager works this way, but it has a bug where it sometimes doesn't lock after the prescribed time. I come back to it an hour later and it's sitting there open - horrifying.
