It is really tedious if you quickly want to meet with another person without calendar meeting/appointment.. you need to call them via phone or WhatsApp tell them, if they can quickly go into the room. Before you needed to save their proton link in proton pass to then copy it in the moment you want to talk to them and then finally start a meeting with them. I guess this is not how you easy and privately want to contact a person ;)

As per the Spring/Summer Roadmap, this is being developed: https://proton.me/blog/pass-roadmap-spring-summer-2026
Folders will be a significant building block for Proton Pass that will go beyond just helping you organize your items. Introducing folders will require some rethinking of our cryptography model, which we’re currently working on. Eventually, you’ll also be able to share folders and subfolders just like your vaults and individual items, giving you another flexible way to share access.
Folders will be available in the coming months. As well as creating vaults, you’ll be able to create dedicated folders and subfolders to organize crucial information for quick retrieval: you can organize by project, by team, by year, or whatever else you need.

If this is implemented, please also consider the resize possibility to change the size via drag and drop of the sidemenu. When the folder names are really long and nested it should be possible like in other desktop apps to drag the size which is then saved the next time you open the app.
Also in the Android and iOS version in the horziontal view, it should be possible to select the column view. like menue on the left, then messages and preview on the right like with the apple mail app for example. Is quite anoying if you need to check a lot of mails in different folders to always klick the cheesburger nav in the left top, then select a folder, and then select the message

First of all... Thanks for your amazing work team Proton 💪
We also urgently need this functionality, and there is another layer in this topic. More and more services like "Cursor" block passmail.com domains so in the future at least you could use the designated domain aliases for those services in a business context with the different users of your business.

As more online services begin detecting and blocking email addresses associated with forwarding or masking services (e.g., those using generic alias domains like passmail), it would be highly beneficial if Proton Mail allowed users to create aliases that end with their own custom domain—for example, amazon0110@mydomain.com.
This feature would help maintain the privacy and organizational benefits of aliases while significantly improving compatibility with services that currently flag or block addresses from known alias providers. While this isn't a widespread issue yet, early signs—such as registration restrictions from services like Cursor—indicate this will likely become a more prominent barrier in the near future. Supporting custom domain aliases would future-proof Proton Mail’s alias system and give users greater flexibility and control over their digital identity.

Apple is offering this for "Hide my Email" in Apple Mail, where you can select it as option from the "From" dropdown. It is a really great functionality, cause sometimes it is just necessary you contact services you registered for with an alias over an different mail like support@service.com, if you ran into problems with the service, and there you also don't want to show them your main Mail Adress
I love the proton aliases, but not seeing the alias as sender is for most people the ui knockout hurdle. I have tried to explain it to other users in our company but the user experience is awful.. no-one understands it, only the really techy people/ developers.. creating an alias, then adding the mail to the contacts you want to send to, then copying it from pass, then paste it to the E-mail field and still seeing one of your main emails as sender is so confusing and gives you no feedback at all if everything is working correctly. Then finally you did send it, then you receive an mail, you need to copy the simple login.co adress paste it shortly in the textfield to make sure it arrived at the correct alias... Sorry, but that's terrible.
