Keyboard shortcuts can make a big difference for people who spend a lot of time managing email, especially when the commands become second nature. Having familiar shortcuts, such as Gmail- or Vim-style options, can also reduce the need to constantly switch between the keyboard and mouse. Small customization features like these can make software feel much more personal and efficient, much like choosing a distinctive text style at https://stylishnameez.com/.

Gmail-style or Vim-like shortcuts would definitely speed things up, especially for users who rely heavily on keyboard navigation. It’s interesting how small efficiency tweaks can completely change daily workflows. I’ve noticed a similar pattern with tools that streamline repetitive tasks like quickly formatting text or usernames. For example, something like https://stylishnamees.com/ makes text styling instant, saving time you’d otherwise spend tweaking manually. Having that same kind of shortcut-driven efficiency in ProtonMail would be a big win.

This is definitely not complete, or was removed. Please re-implement

Certainly not completed when they don't work. G+ shortcuts don't work. I need to be able to change focus (Inbox to Archive for example) without moving the current email.

This is far from complete. How can people seriously consider moving from gmail without keyboard bindings that are familiar and work consistently.

I don't see how this is completed. It doesn't work properly.
j and k will cycle back and forth opening different emails, but it doesn't move in the inbox. It's like j o and k o, but I want to be able to push x to select. -

It would be great to be able to customized these shortcuts! Please see https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-feedback/suggestions/16776637-custom-keyboard-shortcuts
