    PLEASE please Puhlease fix the keyboard shortcuts. Please implement Gmail shortcuts - they are a standard.

    The existing keyboard shortcuts are really whacked:
    - open an email
    - press escape to step out of that email
    - press escape again: nothing
    - g + i does nothing.
    You have to click outside of the email for 'esc' or 'g'+'i' to bring you back to inbox.

    Please improve shortcut and user functionality in the MacOS app. There are many tasks that are simply slow and cumbersome due to poor design and the number of keystrokes needed.

    No need to reinvent the wheel, just use the same shortcuts as an industry standard like gmail.

    I cannot believe that in 2024 this is not fully implemented. Please please PLEASE (with sugar on top) for the love of goodness please implement Gmail like shortcuts!!!!

    When you have a conversation thread, why would you want to have scroll to the bottom to see or interact with the most recent message? The most recent message should be at the top.

    Alternatively, allow a setting to 'sort conversation view most recent first'
