1. Being able to create custom folders

   You seem to believe that the ability to add folders is "Completed" by telling people to use labels. Color labels just don't cut it.

   All the emails will still reside in my inbox or archive. Every other internet email service offers the option to create custom folders, why not Protonmail? This issue has come up again and again from the start.

2. favicon mail counter

   On Gmail, I'm using a mail counter in the favicon so I can see I have mail. I don't like the browser notification popup.

4. Multi-User support for PLUS subscription

   I have a PLUS subscription with a custom domain for my 5 family members. I would like them to gain access to their email separately, but from what I understand this requires a visionary subscription. I would like to have this feature included in the PLUS subscription for up to 5 users (same number of users as email addresses).

5. Resize Inline Images

   Gmail allows inline images uploaded to be resized, so they are not so huge and graphically fit with the body-text of a message. I'd love to be able to resize and design proportions of email imagery, as it tends to be a significant part of my communications.

   When creating a filter, you have a checkbox "Apply filter to existing emails".

9. I need to set up Auto Responder (Out of Office) for my account. This is a necessary feature for me. Thank you so much.

   In order to guarantee that there is no delay with responding to emails, most email hosting sites have an auto responder (out of office) option to send an automated message in a reply email, as soon as an inbox is received. This is a necessary feature for me and I will greatly appreciate you providing this standard feature. Thank you so much again for your prompt assistance.

10. Log out all devices

    a button that you can LOG OUT of all devices ( e.g.computers and phones)
    If a computer have been compromised of a mobile device lost or stolen.
    For peace of mind so you know all entry to your e-mail has been blocked.

    To top off the security of Proton Mail it great to be able to generate email aliases.

    This would allow Proton Mail users to log in to each website/service online with a different email address.

    This would increase online anonymity and reduce the chance of a Proton Mail user getting hacked.

    Detailed Description:

    When a user wants a new alias they click 'new alias' and a new email is generated that always forwards to the user's main email.

    e.x. 1b1f6253-a280-43e2-95e2-043e82dae3e7@protonmail.com

    Then a user can label that email so they can keep track of what it is used for.

    ex. Facebook

    Then when they sign up to Facebook, they use that email address, but they receive the message in their normal inbox. If they reply to that sender, it replies using the alias.

    When you compose a new message you can select which alias to send from.

    If you send to an address where an alias was previously used, it defaults to that alias.

    From an outsiders perspective they only interact with the alias.

    To top off the security of Proton Mail it great to be able to generate email aliases.

    Protonmail now has the ability to add aliases through the use of “+” in your main ProtonMail account, as well as through creating new email aliases under one account. https://protonmail.com/support/knowledge-base/aliases-within-protonmail/

17. Allow PGP encrypted mails to non protonmail contacts

    If I want to send an encrypted mail to a non protonmail E-Mail address I can't do that right now (I mean besides that link thing)

    Please add in the contacts section a way to upload the public key of a non protonmail user. That way we would be capable to send and receive PGP (GnuPG) encyrpted mails from others.

18. Support TouchID on iOS or Fingerprint+Secure Element to log into the app

    To simplify access to the mobile app and mantain a certain level of security, it would be interesting to add as an option to use the secure element for all phones that support it to store the key and allow an easier and quicker login.

20. "Keep me logged in" option

    I really like ProtonMail and use it as my primary mailing service. But one of the most tedious things about it is having to enter the two passwords every time i want to check my e-mail.

    ProtonMail keeps logging me out after a few seconds/minutes of closing its tab, so i now have to keep a tab open in order to continuously check my e-mail. Furthermore, i'm using long passwords (in conjunction with Keepass) for more security, so it's not easy to type my passwords every few minutes.

    I use ProtonMail on my desktop home computer, so there's no danger from someone having physical access to that PC. There should be a Remember Me/keep me logged in option for cases like this.

    I have already communicated this issue to ProtonMail support. They kindly responded that "We applied that feature for security reasons, because many users are using ProtonMail from different devices". I don't really understand what this means, since i'm proposing a system which will keep me logged in on my current desktop computer, the one i,m using right now. Even if it's only for a certain amount of time, px 30 minutes or an hour.

    I really hope there's a workaround/solution in the future for this, since ProtonMail is really great and this issue could potentially become a deal-breaker for me.
