Android app: show all copied emails by default in replies
In the new Android app (which is great, btw), when I click "Reply All" to an email, by default it only shows the "To" field. "Cc" and "Bcc" are hidden by default, which is fine...unless there are recipients hidden on the Cc line. Right now if you Reply All to an email there is no indication at all on the draft screen that others are on copy unless you click the little arrow to expand the Cc options. In Proton Mail's settings, the "File and Labels" page is not very optimized.

Automatic reset of the search bar
It would be nice if the search bar automatically reset when you click on a folder after a search.
Or to have the choice of automatic reset.
Most of the time, you have to delete the word manually from the search bar to view the contents of a selected folder.1 vote -
Option to not receive forwarded emails in Proton Mail inbox.
If I have an alias email that forwards to a different email account, I don't necessarily want copies of that email to display in my Proton inbox. There should be an option to not have a copy of the email for that alias in the primary Proton inbox.

Show total number of emails in folders
Please add functionality to view total number of emails in a specific folder and total number of selected email.
It could be something similar to google implementation.

Enable a User-Selectable DARK Mode Option for Linux Desktop App
For the life of me, I can't find any option to change the Proton Mail app colour mode in Linux. Oh sure, the app will change to dark mode if I change my entire KDE Plasma desktop to dark mode, but I want to be able to keep my default (light) desktop mode, but change the Proton app to dark mode.

Add "Undo" button next to confirmation that a message was archived or deleted.
Currently, when I archive or delete a message in the Proton Mail app, it confirms with a bottom ribbon that the message was processed. I would like that message to have an "Undo" button/link next to it, in case I archived/deleted it by mistake.
This happens often with swipe gestures, and would be a quick/easy way to recover from it without having to go hunt it down in the Trash or All Mail.

Monitoring feature for Business plan :Auto-forward both sent and received messages within an organization
Hi, for business plans, it would be interesting to have a function that allows administrators to keep an eye on users (employees) created within a single organization and to view emails sent and received from particular senders ( ex: an important client or supplier). Admins and users created within the organisation would receive notifications about that feature (maybe in the form of a mention or tag on forwarded emails) to let them know.

More/Better routing options for incoming emails
As an enterprise user of Protonmail, I'd like to have more options for routing incoming email flows.
In particular, I'd like to be able (like Google Workspace, for example) to route non-existent email addresses (from protmain perspective) to an external MTA (an exchange server or similar).
This could enable a smooth transition (or long-term use) between a third-party email provider and protonmail users on the same domain name...

draft opens in a new window for the proton mail desktop app.
I'm a big fan of the desktop app so far, but one thing that would be a nice option to have is if the email draft opened in a new window. This would make it easier to draft an email since the draft isn't competing for space against the email I'm responding to.

More detailed diagnostics for email domain configuration
Proton has a nice tool for helping one configure DNS records to migrate an email domain to the Proton servers. However, the tool completely hides any details when something is not working correctly which makes it difficult to diagnose and resolve. If one uses the
Refresh Statusin the Domain names page, and some items show as being incorrect, one should be able to get the following details of what went wrong:
1. The IP of the DNS server that was queried
2. The response that was received
3. The response that was expected

Adding a security layer for settings editing in Business plan
Hi, first for the context : in order to prevent anyone from mistakenly changing the account password proton demand to type the old one to ensure that you are the admin of the account.
This pop up window is important and should be for every other sensitive settings such as deleting domains, adding/deleting users to the organisation. I suggest adding this type of layer to prevent people from purposely or mistakenly editing any sensitive settings.

Add an administrative comment for each address defined for a given user
When one is creating addresses for proton users, it would be nice to have a comment field for each such address to indicate the usage/reason for the address.

I would like to archive my mails but I don't have endless disk space and I don't have money so this option would be great.

A recent added web version requires the user to select an application - mail, calendar, drive, VPN, password vault. It would be nice to set a default application to bypass the selection process. I have link set to login to each of my accounts. Now, I have to select the mail app before proceeding.

CSS: Darken the seperator in the e-mail overview window (Carbon theme)
Hi,
I often use Stylish as an extension to modify small things on web pages that I visit often, to change the CSS slightly.
One thing that really bothered me in the dark theme on the web version is that the line separator between e-mails is slightly too bright. The high contrast made the e-mail subjects less pleasant to read, so I decided the darken it a little bit, still providing it's utility as a separator whilst also letting the subjects of each e-mail conversation be better readible, causing less eye-strain.

easier access to folder notification toggle and/or integration with iOS focus profiles
My motivation for this post is I want an easy way to turn off and on notifications for specific folders at different times throughout the day, either manually or on an automated schedule. Im using iOS.
A less than perfect improvement over the current situation, would be to simply make it easier for folder notifs to be toggled.
