Pin emails
It would be nice if starred e-mails could be pinned to stay on top of all other mails.

This is my make or break feature in any mail client. Unfortunately only Google and Microsoft are the ones providing it

I leverage this feature in other email clients and it's my preferred method over "Starring" emails as it keep them at the top of the inbox. These emails are more likely to be pinned for later action items to be executed. Once I complete the action item, I work to unpin.

Please introduce this feature. Protonmail is not just a very competent professional email service, it is also satisfactory as a personal one. I think it could really make a difference to the average user if you introduced this feature. Thanks.

This feature is such a gamechanger and the feature I miss most since switching from Spark!

Yes please. I really miss being able to configure my inbox like in Gmail. I'd like to have the option to show unread emails at the top and also starred emails. Or a way to pin them also works.

Create an option to have the Starred emails above any incoming emails in the InBox. This way I can focus on the most important and timely (starrted) emails AND monitor my InBox at the same time. Most people would not want this, so create the option where I can turn this feature on.

allow pinning a label/folder to the top of the list (just under the starred inbox) for convenience of not having to scroll to the bottom for frequently used labels.

Pin E-Mails to the top of the E-Mail List. This is a very helpful feature in Outlook already, and I love it at work.
Sometimes you have very important e-mails that should always be visible. As soon as they are no longer important, you can simply unpin them.

YES PLS! I love this feature on Outlook at work. We need this!

I think using ProtonMail would be more efficient if there were a feature that allowed users to ‘Pin’ emails to the top of the Inbox. Outlook has this, and it allows important emails to be kept at-hand more effectively, and they can be accessed more quickly. Thoughts?

Canary mail client also does this well. I used it regularly to track upcoming reservations, or online purchases that have yet to be delivered. I would love to be able to pin important messages in the Proton mail client!

This is a make-or-break feature for me and for my family

If I could give this more votes I would. It's an essential element to the modern Outlook experience and day to day interaction with an email client. Please implement this feature to help the transition from other email clients! Simply a pin icon next to each email and it it at the top of the inbox until unpinned.

This is not even that hard to do and it's such a helpful feature. I wish I understood more about how ProtonMail prioritized features.

Surprised this is missing from protonmail!! It's been 9 years since this request first posted, so not much hope that this is seen by anyone who can affect change.

This would be a massive help. It's the only thing I miss.

Having important emails show up at the top of my screen would be extremely helpful to my ability to organize and make sure I get to the important ones. I've used this feature extensively with MS Outlook and it has been a lifesaver!

This would be a great addition. In terms of design, different layout that ordinary email. For example, in the same panel as other emails, but two columns view. Just like how we pin tabs in browsers, it gets pinned and width of tab is very small. Something like that. hey.com has some great UX ideas in their email client.
Looking forward to seeing this feature!
