Description field in Booking Page
The booking page is a great option but would suggest to add a text field where somebody can briefly describe the intention of the booking.

Filter Export or Filter Consolidation
I am using a lot of filters to move my emails to folders automatically. Most of these filters are generated by using the ""Nachrichten dieses Absenders immer verschieben" feature. But now I have hit the 250 filters limit, and I'm not nearly done with filter creation.
The way I see it, there are two possible solutions:
1. I need to be able to export all filters, whether they are created automatically, or by hand. Export all filters as Sieve filters, which, I guess, is the format they are saved as anyways.
Using the export, I can then use external tools to consolidate them into a single, or multiple sieve filters.
This of course means, that I need to be able to active/deactivate/delete multiple filters at once.
2. Have a function that is able to consolidate multiple filters into one. This could work by selecting multiple filters via a checkbox, and then having the system create a sieve filter, consolidating all single filters. The single filters would then be automatically deleted.Right now I'm at the limit and it is just not feasable to do this consolidation entirely by hand.
As another solution, you could just remove the cap for filters.

Proton Calendar as the default app for iCal
On macOS, it should be possible to open iCal files directly in Proton Calendar. Currently, Proton Mail/Calendar cannot be set as the default application.

Filters to apply to existing messages when a flag changes
Add flag changes as a trigger for filters. For example when an email is marked as read, check if a filter is applicable and then process it. Other triggers could be applying a star or manually applying a label.
If the server load would be heavy, it could be set up as an up to 24-hours until the filter will apply to spread the load.
My pipe dream for my Proton (and work) mailbox is for all mail to land in my inbox and be filed away automatically into a folder after i read it

Ability to hide folders
Sometimes there are emails that you don’t others to see if another person gains access to your account or device. It would be great to have a feature to hide and password protect folders in mail or the ability to archive/hide emails in proton drive. Just more privacy options for emails.

Stylus - S-pen: follow link and select text (Android)
Proton mail for Android: Enable selecting text and opening links using (Samsung Galaxy Tab S11) S-pen / stylus - this doesn't currently seem to be possible. Currently when using the S-pen, I have to switch to using finger touch to open a link.

mobile app smart folders
Android (and iOS, also, I'm assuming) needs to be able to save searches to a smart folder. Other mobile apps do this (airmail for iOS, and em Client for android and Windows). It's doable, but from what I've been reading in here, it's not been implemented yet. Please add this functionality.

Increase the cap on address deletions for paid users and display clear UI about cap limit
There is a very strict cap on how many and how often addresses can be deleted. As a Mail Plus customer, I get 10 addresses in total - which is a solid value - but I can apparently only delete one every year (?) or so. The actual cap limit is not published - the app simply fails with an error when try to delete a second address "too soon".
I understand why deleting addresses is strictly capped: to prevent abuse, and it also appears to be a technologically somewhat expensive, plus that address is now forever unavailable to anyone.
But it would be nice if the cap were just a tad more lenient. The reason is it turns out I need to change a few of the addresses over time for my uses, say: I need to delete 2 old ones and add 2 new ones when my life situation changes.
We can email product support and ask for 1-off deletions, but that is an annoyance (takes days). That also must cost Proton real money for human interaction/support.
So how about increasing the cap to 4 (5? 7?) per [time period], along with UI that lets us know how many deletions we have left and in what time period.
Summary:
Increase the limit on address deletions to some small number (4?) over some well-defined time period
Display UI with how many address deletions are left in our cap at any point in time.
Clearly display what the cap is (per year? per six months?). It is fine to live within a limit, and I understand why there must be limits on address deletions, but it would help to know what the limit and time period is.
Thanks so much for considering this request.

In Proton Mail on iOS and iPadOS: Inbox sorting
please consider an Inbox sorting feature that allows putting the oldest emails at the top; therefore, deleting or archiving the email results in opening the next email directly. It’s more intuitive to read emails from oldest to newest. As it stands now, the newest emails default to the top of the Inbox. In order to read the oldest emails from the bottom, it requires opening the email, reading it, deleting it, then clicking to open the next email, instead of opening the email directly.

Junk email folder (not spam)
Spam is for spam from newsletters and promotions. What we need is a JUNK folder that stores malicious messages to prevent accidental clicks.

Allow labels to be marked as current or archived
Basically, I have a lot of labels from an old project that aren't applicable anymore. I'd like to mark them as 'archived' so I can still search on them, but they won't be an option to apply to new items anymore. With too many old labels the list is very long. By archiving some this list well be much easier to scroll through.

Domain names that are phonetically dissimilar and easy to say over the phone
The choice of domain names is a pretty awesome feature for Proton Mail, but it's very frustrating that the letters used are too phonetically similar and make it difficult to say over the phone. I've always struggled to remember a consistent radio call chart of letters, and I get so nervous about saying my email address over the phone that I do anything I can to avoid such conversations. I've even had a customer service person get the wrong the email address despite me trying very hard to spell it out, and I've been avoiding calling them back to fix it because I expect the same problem to happen again (yes, I'll have to bring up one of the charts before I call - I'm just going to have to research AGAIN which is the better one rather than one of the worse earlier iterations. I just never remember the name of the better one!).
The letters P, E, and M are terrible for this.
Please do something far above and beyond the services offered by other mail providers by giving us at least one, short domain option that uses phonetically distinct, unique (non-repeating) letters that is very easy for most speakers to say over the phone that most other speakers can understand, especially if this alphabet isn't used in the first language of the speaker or listener.
Bonus points if you hire linguists to research this and get a few options. Get ahead of the curve and establish something that could be the standard for all email domains around the world.
Even develop a tool that assesses usernames at account creation for phonetic ease and even recommends changes or improvements to usernames to make them phonetically better (this isn't useful for online-only accounts, but incredibly valuable and desirable for emails that we know we're going to be using over the phone a lot, such as for business accounts).

Import calendar feed link directly
I want to import my school calendar into Proton Calendar, unfortunately it’s a link and not an .ics file. Please add the o-toon to directly import a deep link. Until then I won’t be able to use Proton.

Allow custom accent colors for individual email accounts in the Android app
Currently, when multiple accounts are logged into the Android app, they are distinguished only by email address and a predefined color. Having multiple accounts yields in my case to random colors, three having the same color, one having another color.
Users cannot assign custom colors to specific accounts to make visual identification easier.
Please add an 'Account Color' setting in the Android app's account settings, similar to what is available on iOS (if it exists there) or web, allowing users to pick from a palette to distinguish their accounts.

Add option to state availability of calendar items
Make day events by default as unavailable in booking pages. now that is not the case.
Also consider creating a flag in a calendar event that makes the invite free or unavailable. Sometimes you have these calendar events that are just reminders.
