Different region coverage for India other than New Delhi
India has a wide variety of languages, the most common being Hindi, Telegu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The connection to New Delhi may be impacted by Netflix restrictions for region-specific phrases in particular. More people watch Indian films in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telegu than in Hindi. So, instead of just connecting to New Delhi, think about connecting to those similar states in India.

Support for FIDO2/WebAuthn (Passkeys/Passwordless)
With the rise in account takeover, password breaches, and the complexity of managing hundreds if not thousands of account credentials and their MFA, a better solution is needed that simplifies and offer bullet-proof protection against phishing and account takeover attacks.
Many services like 1Password, Yubico/Yubikey, and Apple offer the ability to generate and securely store passkeys that can then be used to authenticate to services that support WebAuthn/FIDO2. I strongly recommend that ProtonMail, ProtonVPN, ProtonDrive, ProtonCalendar, etc. to support passwordless/passkeys in the near future to stay on top of security and ensure that its customers are properly protecting their accounts.

Require login each time Proton VPN launches, as an option
When signing in to Proton VPN it automatically remembers the user session.
This is great for convenience, but bad for security (if you want it really strict).
The session even allows upgrading/downgrading one's account.
My proposal is simply this: to add an option to require password (or two factor authentication or something similar) on each application launch.
Users may keep this disabled if they prefer the convenience of remembering the login, but for those who really doesn't want any access to their Proton VPN without their explicit authorization.

Add local currency support so AUD isn't paying $20 for a $10 plan.
As the title suggests, localization for payments for premium needs to happen. Right now, I am unable to plan ahead for how much I'll need to hold onto for a plan with Proton because there is no option to pay with AUD. I have ended up paying $20 a month, for a $10 plan because of the conversion fees. There is no reason for localization to exist, or at least for a way for us to have the price listed in AUD so we know how much the next month will cost. If I don't see a change in this,…

Please provide Pop!OS gnu/linux support.
Why: System76 is becoming one of the leading gnu/linux computer providers in the US!
Note: the following error currently shows when attempting to connect via GUI and CLI:

Help Ukraine by giving free access to Russian servers
There's a lot of contents that can only be accessed inside Russia due to the invasion of Ukraine. I think it would be great from a PR prospective if ProtonVPN includes Russian servers in the the basic plan, as it will help everyone get a better idea of what's going on inside Russia. On top of that it could save countless civilian lives.

None of the protocols and servers are connected
Hi
I bought an account but I haven't been able to use it for a long time
None of the protocols and servers are connected
I spend a lot of time connecting to the VPN, but it does not connect
I tested it on some Android and Apple phones, but it didn't help
It does not connect even in Windows
I am very disappointed because it used to connect well before but not now
I need VPN, but it does not connect
Please suggest a solution
We are in Iran and unfortunately the Iranian government has applied very strict filtering…

Offering the same features and flexitiliy to the Linux client as you do with Windows.
It seems that you consider Linux to be a LOW priority for everything that is not web-based. There is no way to select a protocol, no way to do ANYTHING except enable blocking of adware and malware, which browser extensions do better anyway and enabling Secure Core. THATS IT. Until you stop neglecting Linux, I will use the very secure and full featured Mullvad VPN.

Netshield ad blocking disable for specific apps
The Netshield ad blocking is a great feature, but some Android apps will not work with it on. I do not want to have to turn off ad blocking entirely just to use one of these apps.
Please add a feature to allow the user to disable the ad blocking only for some user-specified apps.

Nominating any free server country in ProtonVPN for Mail Plus paid users
At the moment only free servers in US, Netherlands and Japan are available for the free or Mail Plus paid users in ProtonVPN.
Is it possible to add an option whereby users can nominate or choose at least one of any other country's servers in place of one of the three free countries? At least "Mail Plus" paid users should get that option.3 votes -
simplify linux download instructions
Downloading the linux client is needlessly complicated:
I click on VPN apps on the ProtonVPN dashboard. This goes to a page for OS selection, I click on the GNU/Linux Download button.
This goes to the download-linux page, but this has no downloads! I then have to click on the Install Proton VPN button.
This goes to the linux-vpn-setup page. Still no downloads!
I have to scroll down to find the links to the various Linux distributions. I go to the relevant one and finally get the download. Three unnecessary pages!
I suggest on the vpn-apps page, have a drop-down GNU/Linux…
