Allow upload photos without WiFi

Currently the app requires WiFi to upload photos. For those of us with unlimited cellular data it would be nice to upload using this.

    I think this has already been implemented in the Android app. At least I have the option to use cellular.

    There should be an option to allow iPhone photo syncing via cellular, much like other apps such as Google Maps offline maps. In my case, the upload speed of my wifi is pitifully slow, while I have unlimited cellular with great upload speed. This would allow people in this situation to sync photos much more quickly and make this feature much more useful.

    I agree now that most plans are unlimited there's no need to restrict uploads to WiFi. In fact my cellular speeds are higher than my WiFi speeds. Also have a toggle for those who don't have unlimited to allow/disallow Upload on Cellular.

    I actually need this option as I do not have internet access at home. My mobile phone data is unlimited without throttling, so without cellular backup I cannot sync my photographs.
