Proton Sheets - Support for Brazilian Real currency (BRL)

Add support for Brazilian Real (BRL) as a formatting option in Proton Sheets, under the menu 'Format > Number > More Currency'. The name, following the pattern, would be 'R$ Brazilian Real'.

    Additionally, BRL and other Latin-American currencies use commas (`,`) as decimal separators. E.g.:

    * BRL (Reais) → R$ 3.144,10

    * UYU (Uruguayan Pesos) → $U 3.144,10

    * ARS (Argentinan Peso) → $ 3.144,10

    As a fellow Brazilian, the lack of support for our currency is the only thing impeding me from using Proton Sheets. :(
